Just straight up rude people there. Even their lady in accounts receivable has an attitude. I am happy that we rarely use them to get parts any more!

Front lobby is closed, so my business will be going elsewhere. What a shame.

Probably one of the most useless stores I’ve ever been too. “I can order that” is their favorite saying. Basic items for construction never in stock. The manager/owner whatever he is a total douche. I wouldn’t mind paying for their overpriced junk since I’m next to one of my customers and the location is convenient, but these jokers never has anything in stock you need. Try better, be better.

Terrible customer service, of all the chicagoland branches that have counter help with little to no knowledge of tools or construction this is the only one that has given me attitude twice. I will only use Chinatowns branch from now on even though this one is 1 mile from my house. Chinatown employees, although inexperienced, have always assisted with my needs respectfully and professionally. (1 star because you cant give zero)
