I had paint peeling on my hood on my 2017 Interceptor Utility. I talked to Alaina and Tom and they told me it was still under the 5 year warranty. They got the ball rolling and before I knew it, they had a beautiful new hood installed with the letters and everything. If I need any body work I am definately going back to Griffin again and recommending it to all my friends.

I can’t even express how thankful I am to have worked with Tom and his team. As a woman seeking for quotes can be a bitter experience. I hate to admit it but many of the places I went looked at me and treated me poorly. Im positive they judged me by my looks saw I was young and unexperienced so they tried to take advantage. One of the body shops I went to was going to charge me much more than repainting the whole vehicle for a couple of details. I am so thankful to this team who changed my whole experience around. As soon as I arrived Ailena treaded me with kindness, was so Knowledgeable, and her professionalism was unbelievable. Once I spoke to Tom and had him walk me through everything and told me he was going to do everything he could for a not even a quarter of what I was being charged at other places I knew this was the right place to go. When I picked up my truck I couldn’t believe how well it looked. I strongly recommended working with Tom and his team. You will have no regrets. Great place with friendly people. Had a minor dent on the door. I initially went to a different shop where they said the door may have to be re-painted. Glad that I stopped at Griffin for a second opinion. Thomas inspected and said they could fix it in an hour without requiring paint work and quoted less than half the price of my initial quote. Thomas was very professional, answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable throughout till the job is done clean. Although it was a small job, it really meant a lot to me since the vehicle is brand new. Thanks Thomas and Griffin.

Griffin Collison Repair Center recently repaired my 2015 Fusion. Tom went above and beyond to ensure I was a satisfied customer. He kept communication with me about my car, he listened to me vent my frustrations about the other drivers insurance company, and never did he complain! They cleaned my car inside and out, too! They dusted, cleaned, and vacuumed the entire interior! They went above and beyond and I cannot express my appreciation enough. Ive purchased all my vehicles from Griffin Ford, and there is consistent great customer service with the dealership and the collision center. I will never take my vehicle anywhere but Griffin and I will keep purchasing my vehicles through them as well.

They did hood, right fender and front bumper wrap body work and paint on the 2004 Lexus LS430. They did a most excellent job. I am 75 years old and have experienced various body shops over the years. I normally stay with one body shop if they provide a reasonal price and do exceptional work. I did have one that I used for 15 years but the owner sold his business. I chose Giffen collision to repair my 2005 roush mustang with only 23,000 miles on it after hitting a small animal wiping out the front ground affects. After doing a most excellent job on my supercharged mustang I chose Griffen Collision to repair my excellent condition 2004 Lexus LS430 with 147,000 miles. They did and excellent job of repainting a big dent in the hood left after a ladder fell on it, a damaged right front fender and a severly scraped up front bumper wrapper.When I picked up my Lexus it was washed and the interior cleaned, vacuumed, and dusted.You can tell that they cared about my car when they gave it back to me.This will be my go to body shop now on.Thank you Tom Latz manager.

When I went to pick it up they put on new bumper there was a lot of grease on it had to tell them to get it off or was not leaving that should have not been on there when I pick it up shows that attention to detail sucks

Couldnt have asked for better service! After being rear ended by an unlicensed driver, and slammed into another car, Griffin Collision assisted me with the entire process of repair estimates, insurance claim and finally, removing all my belongings from my totaled car...even though they didnt receive a dime from a repair. I learned during the process of buying a car at the Griffin dealership that they also have a bodyshop. So, I told my Dad about it and he asked me to take his car there as he had some work he wanted done on his vehicle to take care of a couple minor dents and scratches.Griffin did a GREAT job with fast service. The car looked perfect when it was done. The staff was easy to work with and the repairs were done fast and to my liking!

Griffin fixed things fast but more importantly they fixed things perfectly. They even noticed some coating on my wheels and took the time to clean it off at no charge (the vehicle was a recent new purchase from another dealer and the coating had mistakenly been left on). Bottom line - my car actually looked better than when it came in! Griffin also helped me deal with the incompetence of working with my insurance company Geico. Griffin was very persistent in dealing with Geicos slow, inept employees to get the job done without delays.
