Overdue review but I wanted to give credit where credit is due. I had some brake work and brake lines replaced about a month ago and being newer to the area it was not both a relief and a pleasure to find a shop that was not only close to home, but was honest, fair and friendly. I definitely recommend this shop and will not hesitate to use them for any future mechanical issues I may have

A few weeks ago I was having engine issues and stopped by to see if they could help me. It was mid-afternoon and they were quite busy. I explained what was going on with my car and she provided me with some possible ideas since they were not able to get it in that day, she then referred me to another shop down the road that provided excellent service. I stopped by a few weeks later to thank Complete Car Care since they were able to help me get my car fixed very quickly, (even though they never touched my car) it is rare to find such professional friendly service that care more about the individual than their pocketbooks. I will bring my car into them next time I have a repair need because I know they will be honest and if they cant fix it they will refer me to someone they trust that will. I respect them so much for how they do business! - update - I brought my van in today 8/12/2021 and they were able to take it in as scheduled and were able to change my oil and figure out a solution to fix my spare tire storage problem. They are ordering the part and will be fixing it on Monday.

These guys did great, wonderful customer service everyone was super friendly and willing to answer any and all questions I had. My car was serviced in a very timely manner. The price was also more reasonable than the other companies I had called.

I was just there a few weeks ago. New company in the space. Decent waiting room with a nice fish tank, lady at front desk is nice and easy to talk to. The guys are REAL mechanics, not code scanners and part changers. They get the problem figured out and fixed and look the rest of the vehicle over for upcoming issues.

I cant say enough about Shawn and Complete Car Care. I was told by a Honda dealer that I need work done. I was questioning one of the repairs and contacted Complete Car Care. I was told to bring the car in for an estimate at no charge and yes there was work stated on my estimate from Honda that I did not need. I so appreciate his honest especially being a women. I scheduled the repairs and my work was done in a professional manner from the office staff to Shawn the owner. REASONABLY PRICED HONEST GREAT SERVICE!! LOOK NO FURTHER FOR YOUR CAR REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE NEEDS!HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I came as a first time customer here during the State of WI stay at home order. Shawn the owner was honest and very thorough. The work was done in less time than originally quoted. The mechanic who serviced my car did great work. My car runs very well now. This will be my mechanic for life. I highly recommend, and if you are a woman, go here. Shawn will not price gouge you.

Great service, honest owner/ mechanic. Price was very reasonable. Shawn took the time to really explain what was happening with my vehicle in a manner I can understand. Our whole family switched, and now have all our work done here.

There will always be a cheaper place or a more convenient place., but saying that i dont think you can put a price on Complete. Knowing that your vehicle is in good hands with trained technicians. Knowing that the vehicle is going to be fixed right the first time makes spending the money 100% worth it. I recommend complete to everyone i know because i know i can always trust them with my friends and family.

These guys are great. Shane runs a great shop. All the people Ive interacted with over the last six years are excellent, very professional and get things done when they say they will.They will tell you the truth, which includes an honest opinion on what should be done, not just what will make then the most dollars.These are my car guys.

I originally brought my 2005 trailblazer in for a loose manifold cover due to broken bolts. They were able to remove the bolts and replace the manifold correctly. The warranty was for one year or twelve thousand miles. I exceeded the one year mark by approximately one week and went over twelve thousand when I noticed the manifold noise again. I called and was told to bring the trailblazer in to be looked at. I was called 4 hours later and told the car was ready to be picked up. When asked how much it would cost.... I was told it was warranty work...... free.... my faith in humanity has totally been restored. Thank you Complete Car Care.

Easy set up time, this morning was first time I went in. Super friendly staff at front desk and awesome inside area. My car went in for a diagnosis and was done in a half hour and everything was explained In detail.
