Normally the bagel burritos are decent, but this time it was so burnt I couldn’t even bite into it, literally rock hard. They had to have noticed how black it was when they went to wrap it. I had to throw this away because It wasn’t even edible. So disappointed. Picture doesn’t do much justice but I’m telling ya it was CHARRED.

Walked in to order (no dining inside right now). There was a sign that said order an item ahead get a free coffee. So I loaded the app on my phone and the cost of the coffee was automatically deducted. The brisket bagel was delicious. The app recommended it on a jalepenjo bagel and I was not disappointed in the flavor. Not too spicy either. Wanted coffee that was dark roast and it tasted great. This particular store also had a drive-thru which is nice. Lastly, we saw outside seating for when the weather is better.

Id give it 5 if they stayed open past 2PM

Today I waited ten minutes for another car to drive to the drive through window and as I pull up to take my order their was response so I said is anyone their and I waited for three minutes until I decided to pull my car to the drive through window with a note that said that they closed early even though you guys are supposed to be open till 2pm. if your going to close early next time write a sign at the speaker where people order so no one is just sitting their waiting.

Great Breakfast but seems to have issues with redeeming offers for members.

Amazing drinks and bagels

Only reason I gave this location two stars was that the coffee snd muffin were very good. The service was ridiculous. I went inside to order, stood there 3 to 4 minutes before anyone even glanced my way. I counted at least 4 associates working. She couldn’t ring me up on the register because it had no till. Finally rang me up and got my muffin. Then I had to wait for my coffee while she rang up someone behind me. The other 3 people looked at me snd kept talking. She finally came back snd got my coffee, plain black coffee... no complicated drink. The entire small order took 10 minutes when it should have been in snd out in less than 5. Horrible service.

So glad Caribou is back in Waukesha. Their drinks are better made with good ingredients. The building is brand new and very clean. The food is very good as well.

Love their bagels and Lox, not sure why they dont offer soft drinks. Friendly service and wearing P.P.Es very comforting during these times.

I pulled up in drive thru at 1:55pm and no one took my order. I then pulled around & tried door at q:58pm and it was already locked. If you close at 2pm then close at 2pm. If you stop taking orders at 1:45pm then say, Doors lock & drive thru closes at 1:45pm.

Amazing morning staff. I got a bloody nose and they did so much for me and my mom. They gave me my usual coffee for free. Keep it up caribou morning staff. I love you guys

I normally love this place, but this location always messes up my order and my bagels are always burnt. The drinks are good and the staff is nice but it’s way too expensive for a burnt bagel.

Great coffee, great bagel meals. Always courteous and patient with me when Im clueless and need explanations to specifics on selections. Im glad they are local compared to other mainstream coffee shops.

I love this coffee shop! It is so warm and homey and the coffee is way better than my old go to Starbucks. Waukesha has a lot of really good coffee shops but this is the most accessible most homey and they have some of the best coffee around. I especially recommend the hot turtle mocha it tastes like hot chocolate with a boost of caffeine. Caribou is perfect for studying, a date, or just a nice place to grab coffee on the go because of their fast service and drive through. Overall this is a great place to get coffee right on sunset.

Great food and drinks when the staff can get your order right... Takes forever to get anything and it really is a game of roulette on if they will give you what you actually ordered. They seem to find it humorous when 5 people are at the counter trying to explain for the second or third time what they ordered.

Ive been to the Sunset location twice this month. Both times I ordered a Bacon and cheddar. Today they didnt have wheat bagels and I said a plain one was fine, which it wouldve been, but my problem is that both times I ordered and got a bagel with only egg and cheese. I only order this because of the bacon, I have everything else at home. Not sure if the cashier just needs to repeat the order back to clarify, whether they should ALWAYS offer a receipt (was never asked if I wanted one) so I couldve checked if my order was correct before driving home, or if I Im expected to check my food before I leave, but Im giving up. I even emphasized BACON this time.

My first time here was decent. I didnt know hat to order so the cashier listed off a few suggestions, what I ended up getting was great. Excellent customer service, the only issue was the wait. By the time I had gotten my food my lunch break was almost over.

Decided to try Einstein’s for the first time today and don’t regret it! Went through the drive though around 730 because I had my dogs in the Jeep with me and they were very quick despite the long line of cars. I didn’t realize they put cream cheese on the bagel for you which is awesome! One of the girls also offered my dogs a pupachino! I’ve always gone to Panera but definitely will be going here from now on

Half the time the food is wrong so you always have to check and they normally have an attitude. I dont blame them since they work long hrs, but be specific when you order and be polite!

3 strikes within 5 minutes of walking in the door. To start off one of the employees was sitting on the customer furniture on her phone, the cashier would respond to my wife and I with “WHAT” instead something a little more polite like “I’m sorry I didn’t hear you” I ordered a black coffee and my wife ordered something fancy. I sat down and said our order was ready. It was just my wife’s coffee. I watched the cashier make a drink for herself walk it back to the cashier and had to be told by another employee to get my coffee. My bagel was ready in a timely fashion so the kitchen was good otherwise management is lacking in good customer service.

I love this place! I always take my dog through the drive thru with me and they love him! He gets more excited to go see his friends at Caribou than he does about the dog park. They always offer pup cups and treats, and are always so sweet. Drinks and food are always fast and delicious!

Food and drinks were excellent. Customer service lacking. The young girls were kind of snotty just death staring us when we stated that we had ordered with a size upgrade with points and were given the wrong size.

On the more expensive route, about the same prices as Starbucks maybe a bit cheaper. Drinks are so good, far superior to Starbucks and Peets. Their rewards program is great! And the fact that Einstein and Caribou are partnered means great bagels and great coffee. Great place to get work done. Outlets everywhere and comfy seats and some large tables for groups.

One of the managers was awfully rude to one of the workers there when they messed up my order and I could clearly see it. I wasnt upset,it happens to the best of us. Hope she isnt like that all the time to her workers.

Went out of my way to choose a Caribou shop, knowing they would have good food and drinks only to find out the entire front bar electrical strip had never been hooked up to the electric. Seriously?! Not something I would expect from a quality place. The two stars are for the AMAZING employees.

Love this Caribou and their employees. Service is a bit slower than other coffee chains and sometimes inconsistent but they are working on it. They try their hardest and do it with a smile. What more can you ask for? Love the everything bagel and the seasonal Maple Boudino.

Stopped in yesterday morning and purchased 5 dozen bagels and they were freshly made and tasted great, stopped in today and somehow I got a different batch of bagels that I didnt order. Its its

Stopped in today at 9am on a Sunday morning. They were out of Blueberry, french toast, and cinnamon and raisin bagels....really? Have been here several times and this is a recurring situation. I have yet to have a Blueberry bagel since this place opened on sunset.

Bagels are very fresh. Upgrades in coffee such as almond milk are very pricey, more than competitors. I’ve been in the store twice and through the drive through three times. All experiences were incredibly slow. I don’t know why it is soooo slow even when not crowded. It’s slow enough I may avoid coming here again.

Sad day! Learned our friend Mary passed. She was an asset to coffee and bagels. We will miss you!

Get here before it closes permanently. Good coffee and bagels (french toast bagel my fav). But very few people. Cant understand because this is a good place...and its NOT Stardollars.

Sadly disappointed by this place. My first visit here - I love Caribou and Einstein, so was looking forward to it - but the place was filthy. (5:30 on a Saturday PM). Not one table was wiped down, the floors and chairs were crumb covered, behind the counter the prep area/floor looked no better. I respectfully shared my observations with the manager. Hope they can get it together.

I love Caribou so much better than Starbucks, except Caribou doesn’t recognize your birthday like Starbucks does. Come on Caribou, Step it up!

This place is wicked awesome. Starbucks sucks. Crafted cold press is the greatest coffee I have ever had. Staff is great as well.

This a joint Caibou Coffee and Einstein Bros Bagels location. False advertising on sign inside of store that clearly says...ALL DAY for egg bagel sandwiches. I was told their idiotic manager doesnt honor all day after 5pm. Guess what time I get off of work in Brookfield? 5pm! This signage needs to be removed!!!

Really like caribou, excited when they came to Waukesha. My excitement has deminished. Dont go through drive thru unless you have 20 min to wait for coffee and bagel. Several times they have been out of medium roast, only had dark roast. Service is horrible and up charge for flavor is outrageous. Food and cofree is very good and agree better than Starbucks. Starbucks customer service beats caribou hands down.

Kind of slow so dont go when you are running late but my bagel sandwich was very yum and they even cut it in half which I loved xo

The coffee is always delicious & staff is typically nice; however the wait can be a bit & WOW the hours of this location are horrible. You close at 6??? Half the time they close by 5:30. It’s really annoying & inconvenient.

Never have Asiago bagels or plain! Never gets my order right. I mean almost everyone in Waukesha was exited for this place but now it is like you go threw the drive thru and you say “can I have a plain bagel,” “No sorry We don’t have any” “Asiago?” “No” “we only have jalapeño and pumpkin left”. That is what they told me just now. They should really cook there bagels every 2 hours not 3 or 4 because so many people go there.👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
