A LOT faster than the big bike shops, they were quoting me 2 weeks to a MONTH for a tune-up! Had my Trek tuned up and a flat repair on one wheel, competitive prices compared to other shops. HIGHLY RECOMMEND, will be getting my other bike tuned up by him soon!

Recently, I was in a jam and Mark helped me out. After being gone for 2 years due to the pandemic, our daughter badly needed her bike repaired. It had a severely bent back wheel rim. Mark was able to get it straightened, spokes and bearings adjusted in 24 hours! We really appreciated his quick response!! Great value for $25! Will definitely go back!!

Took my bike in for an estimate and sadly discovered it was garbage. Mark was hesitant to sell me it for $100 saying it was worth a lot more, but said he was a Christian and let me have it for $100. I am devastated. Out $100. No bike and no money to buy another one. He is not to be trusted.I am a true Christian and gave it to the homeless. I couldnt afford hundreds of dollars to fix it but at least someone will have transportation of some kind.

Called Mark to have him take a look at my daughters new bike. The rear derailleur was very hard to shift. He was able to see me right away and very quickly resolved the issue. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Hell be my only go to for bike issues from now on!

Mark is an outstanding bicycle repair man. He has a way of making his customer feel welcome and appreciated. He has everything needed to repair any bike. He does a great service at very reasonable price. I am glad we used him to get our older bikes tuned up and repaired.

I went to Mark today to get a flat tire fixed on my Fiancé’s Bike. He was very polite, knowledgeable and he informed me that he has been repairing and fixing bikes since 1980 so he has plenty of experience. Fixed the tire in like 10 minutes! The price was reasonable as well. I will definitely be back for my bicycle needs. Two thumbs up!!

Incredibly responsive and beyond helpful! Came out to fix a flat on our 200 mile Ragnar relay teams support bike--AT 9PM ON A SATURDAY NIGHT!!!!The six of us were about 120 miles into the race and prepared to run through the night when we hit our biggest obstacle--the support bike had a flat. Instead of locking the bike in Waukesha to retrieve later and continuing to un through the desolate darkness of the Glacial Drumlin Trail at night, we called Mark. He answered on the first ring, and with only minimal questioning came to our rescue. Thats right, HE CAME TO US! He arrived within 15 minutes, and found that the tire was merely completely deflated, not punctured. A bit of an embarassing problem, and a time-wastingly simple fix for Mark, but nevertheless, he helped. The craziest part was the only thing he asked for in return for his time was a positive Google review. If I could review 5 stars 100 times, I would. M&M deserves it all.Thanks to Mark, we were able to finish the our Ragnar within our goal time while staying safe all night. Thank you Mark!

I had a nice experience and intend to return. I had a one day turnaround on a part install. Ended up being half of what it would cost anywhere else and in a fraction of the time. After 3.5 weeks without a bike for a straightforward job at one shop and a 125 dollar brake install on a kid’s bike at another (I’m sure we can all relate to this if you’re an avid cyclist). I started exploring. I will be back to M&M.Pro tip- if you’re hesitant about the residential address, he does his work from the garage in the alley behind the house. That’s where you stop. There is a small bike rack and a 3 car “lot” near the garage.

Nothing but pleased with Mark and his business. I called about dropping my bike off for a tune-up on Wednesday and was told I could bring it in that afternoon (but I wasnt able to), I dropped the bike off on Thursday and Mark had it ready for me on Friday. Mind you this bike had been sitting in a shed since 2006... Mark fixed it right up and I couldnt be more satisfied with the bike. Not only was the service outstanding, but his knowledge and passion for bikes is incredible!

Capable. Competent. Fair. Took a look at my commuter and found a tricky problem. He wrote down the parts I needed with specs. I decided to order them myself.This is my first bike to his shop. Im totally comfortable sending him more work. Its much better than waiting 1 week for another bike shop to get to a repair (during summer).

Mark is extremely professional and personable. Me being a total novice, he gave me a bunch of tips on how to ride my new bike, how to maintain it and what problems I could run into. Bike runs spectacularly, and he even did the work over a holiday weekend to get it to me early! Prices are the most competitive Ive seen, and Mark is one of the nicest individuals Ive met. My fiance and I took our bikes to M&M repair for a few minor adjustments. Marc (the mechanic) was clearly knowledgeable of Schwinn bikes and the price for the work was more than fair. We will definitely take our bikes to him for any future needs as well as send along friends and family to his shop. You just cant beat good friendly service.

Mark was the best! My sons new bike had some chain chatter. He responded to my questions quickly, was available to tweak what was wrong and now my son is back to biking.

The owner has a true passion for bikes. Not only did he charge fair rates, he gave me tips on technique for proper riding on my road bike. I have gone for tune-ups but mostly tire maintenance since the roads are brutal in Waukesha.Recently, I emailed him and he gave me free advice on tire maintenance. This is where you want to take your bike and leave it with someone who would probably do this for free if he won the lottery.

Marks the best! Great service despite low cost and to make it even better, very flexible with drop-off/pick-up. Also, none of that pressure to buy things or upgrade service and spend more that you get at a lot of the bike shops.

I had a bad brake problem where it seemed unfixable. I took it to Mark and he not only fixed it that day, he gave it a complete tune up and fixed all minor problems. I highly recommend him.
