Abby was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and PATIENT. Our shopping and transaction was long and complicated. She handled it like a pro, juggling multiple customers by herself and never appeared frazzled.
Employees are always very knowledgeable and upbeat.
Those nice boys gave me the finest of flip phones. This was my first one. I wanted someone to teach me how to use it. They set up an appointment for me, someone called me, in the comfort of my own house, and taught me everything about it. The people over the phone were actually nice. I could understand them. Now, Im working the phone better than I can drive a car!
This location is hands down amazing. Spectrum was charging me 2 much 4 my current TV service. I went to talk 2, I believe there names were Zach, Kris, and Rich. There very nice. I told them how much I was paying 2 spectrum, they gave me a low price of only 60 bucks. I said 2 them, I said so youre telling me theres a chance, that I can save money. All I really watch on TV is hockey, my favorite teams are the Vancouver Canucks, and Boston Bruins also love early 90s Movies. Jim Carrey had a great year that year. What happen to that guy? Any ways, if I could give 10 stars and 5 thumbs up I would. Thank you gentlemen!!!
My experience with sales person frank was horrible. The first reason was that he put the wrong number in my phone. I was switching from a family plan to my own. He gave me my mom’s number. That caused an issue with my mom’s phone after the issue was resolved by the assistant manager. The second thing that made me upset was that frank was too concerned about his break to complete the sale process properly and check that it was right. Lastly, he was too busy on his own phone always checking it and even texting when he was trying to help me. What made me most mad was that he never owned up to his mistake or apologized for it. The second time I came in. It took a call from corporate store to get proper service because his attitude was just out right rude. I think this store needs customer service training! Once I received my first bill, I was charged an extra 40 dollars because frank screwed up the phone number. Needless to say, I would not recommend this associate to assist you especially if you are switching phone companies or setting up a new phone.
Went in for an upgrade and got great service from Chris. Very knowledgeable and engaging during the whole process. He even helped us save a few bucks in areas we did not expect. Hard to find service like Chris provided.
Chris was super knowledgeable with the various types of phones. I came in to upgrade from my Samsung 7 to a note 20. He answered all my questions without hesitation . He was even aware of the other phones I was comparing to.
I was wanting to switch from US cellular to At&T. I got signed up with a first net account in error due to the employee thinking I qualified for that account. Less than a week of having that account I was switched to an AT&T account. Not saying anything negative about the employee as it was a mistake but AT&T in general. This occurred in November 2019 and I just now am finally getting my issue with the accounts resolved. No one at AT&T customer service could actually fix the error and every person I talked to told me something different. I was continuously getting charged for both accounts even though the first net account was cancelled. Then they couldn’t figure out how to give me a refund since they were 2 different accounts. I had to deal with this issue pretty much weekly for 4 months. Each time the customer service rep told me it was fixed, it truly was not. I had to waste hours of my time and over 20 calls to AT&T to get this fixed. Very frustrating that I had to go through this and it took about 4 months to actually get fixed when it should have been fixed correctly the first time.
I bought a plan last month and was quoted $80 and so I get surprised when I get the bill and it’s over $200 so tell me how that works. One of the employees is great the other is useless and didn’t help one bit

Chris was friendly, nice and all around amazing. My note 10 was out of storage coz I download a lot of movies. He told me I can buy Att TV and all the movies I downloaded through YouTube, I could watch it on my tv, instead of my phone. And Could delete it off my phone. Great experience!
Chris called me yesterday and convinced me to get Att tv. I told him I would be there at 4pm. When I came in he was the only person working and it was really busy. He greeted me and everyone that walked in. Thanked everyone for their patience and did a really nice job explaining everything to me as well as the other customers. He did a really good job for what the situation was and was really friendly.
The place was very clean and organized. The boys helped me with all of my questions. These guys know their stuff, and were quite funny. Will be recommending this att store.

Zak and Chris were very helpful. I was paying too much money with spectrum for tv and internet they both told me about this amazing new product called Att TV. It’s not your normal TV, there are so many features, I can talk into the remote to change the channel or ask what the weather is outside. Technology from the future, in all my years I’ve never seen a more simplistic product! Thank you!

I gave an early opinion and Im truly sorry this guy turned out to be a great liar he promised us that he was giving us a great deal on the phones one of the phones was supposed to be free and the other one was supposed to be at this super low price turns out he just wanted to get a quick sale to make himself look good for the store but Im gonna have to go over his head and speak with a supervisor to resolve his lies because I dont wanna just throw away my credit scores for a huge phone bill because its more than my car note to keep the phone

Only AT&T store I will visit when I have questions or need help even though there are stores closer to my West Allis address. Staff is knowledgeable, friendly & patient. Today Sam answered all myquestions employing those qualities along with a smile!!
Didnt make note of the guys name tag (if he had one), but whoever was working 1/19/2020 in the afternoon that helped us, he was extremely rude in the beginning. My sister is in a wheelchair. The one, single handicap space in the parking lot was NOT plowed (rest of the parking lot was cleared), nor was the cutaway or sidewalk shoveled that leads up to the accesible door (the other door had a step you had to go up). After struggling to push my sister in her wheelchair through the unshoveled snow, we get to the accesible door and it was locked. The guy came to unlock it and after opening the door said in the rudest tone: Im sorry I forgot to unlock the door! because my mother was expressing her frustration at how ridiculous it was for us to even get inside the building. Please seriously consider keeping a shovel in your entry way and make it a duty for your employees to keep the parking lot/sidewalks clear for your impaired customers. Also, a simple apology for the lack of cleared snow wouldve been nice instead of the ridiculous response we did get. We will not be returning to this location.

Walked in and wandering a little. Not one person greeted us or said anything at all. Im sure its because we were “minorities” because all of the white people were greeted and attended to. If you are anything other than white, go somewhere else, Milwaukee preferably.

HORRIBLE customer service. Cost me lots of money by steering me in the wrong direction to pay off a line before the contract was up. Also, frequently does not answer their phone calls at this store, and when they do, are rude and disrespectful. Go to the authorized AT&T store down the road, not this store.

Never ever never go here again. I ended up filing an FCC complaint n speaking w the Presidents office of AT&T to get this account straightened out. We spent 50 hours of our own time trying to activate these phones n yes, my husband did respond to their emails. He chatted 4 times w AT&T n twice called them unbeknownst to me to no avail. The mgr here Matt was extremely rude to me to where he finally broke me down w his meanness. I did not know my husband had responded to all AT&T emails n he continually slammed me n made comments to other depts that it was all our fault. He needs how to deal w customers n problems in a professional way. The Presidents ofc could not have been kinder n more understanding. Within about 1/2 hour problems was gone. Im never changing providers again. File FCC complaints n go directly to the president when your troubles go way out of hand. We had paid over $700, still had no service on my one phone yet AT&T wanted their money n no one could activate our second line!!!!! The place that took all our money couldnt so we went to corporate store. They didnt want to touch us!!!! Sent is back to this place, they did zip, yet they wanted more money!!!!!! It was finally time for the government: FCC n the President. Who had this thing whipped up in no time. They could not understand how it got so out of controlI had AT&T years ago n had problems. My gut feel was not to go back but my son convinced me. From now on Im going w gut feelings. THANK YOU PRESIDENT OF AT&T n his wonderful office. His people were just great!

I am on a friends account and I went in to pay my portion of the bill and AT&T took it upon themselves to keep my credit card # on file...I never authorized them to do so and this is NOT okay with me. Not only that, I called the local AT&T store located near me to take care of the issue but they do not answer the phone number listed. I get voice mail only! This has happened on several accounts when trying to contact them. Truly the customer service there is totally RIDICULOUS!!!! Im seriously checking into other service providers. SO OVER YOU AT AT&T and SICK TO DEATH OF YOUR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Dont waste your time going to this store. It is poorlymanaged and way understaffed. I went to the store to tryand add a tablet to my service. They were busy when Iarrived, so they told me to take a seat. Other customerswalked in during the period that I was waiting, and whenone of the staff finished up with his customer, he justwaited on the first person standing nearby and completelyignored me. I wasted a half hour in that store. If yougo in there, prepare to stand for a long time right infront of the counter waving your arms frantically sothat you wont be ignored when the sales people areready to service another customer. From my seat atthe counter I was also able to hear the dialog goingon between the sales staff and the customers, and Iwas doubtful that they would have been able to helpme anyway. I plan on switching all of my plans overto another provider as soon as possible.
