Illegal practice and poor customer service! They dont have shipment of a product Ive ordered 2 months ago. I got a email notice that NOT ONLY WILL THEY NOT SHIP the items b/c they dont have it, they WONT REFUND ME either. When I called, they hung me on me! No one called back. I told them I believe this is illegal in California. Dont think this policy is legal in Wisconsin either. Family business maybe, but they dont understand that there are state laws that govern cancellation and refund policies outside of hicksville, Wisconsin. How do these people get away with this?

This company hosted a charity golf outing at the Ironwood Gold Course today. The Stars and Stripes Honor Flight Network was the beneficiary of the event. As a Vietnam veteran guest of the event, i was overwhelmed at the professionalism of the host and staff of ironwood. I had a great time. Thank you so much!

We have used Boelter several times as our kitchen supplier, and they have never delivered what they were contracted to complete. Quality of product has been pathetic as well as management. Consistent problems with equipment, poor design and install. After several attempts to have them cure the issues, 4 months later, still no results. This company is horrendous.
