Wow, this is place to go for Apple. We had blown speakers on Apple Pro but learned is was not worth the fix price as to old. Owner explained what we had, the work around and further what Apple Corp was doing on trade allowance, which he could not and why to replace what we have, if want to due to new chip technology. In effect we were directed in how to purchase new, and not from them. Did not charge us as could not help us. They have been repairing Apple for over 25 years. A terrific little company that spoke the truth!

I went to fix Bluetooth problem on iMac. The guy suggested to replace a card. After I took it home, the problem persisted. On top of that, now the iMac does not recognize my Apple Watch. Instead of fixing the problem, he made it worse to the point that Apple had to replace my iMac.Would not recommend at all.

I walked into this place with a broken computer screen, the person who helped me wasn’t very friendly/nice. They are also very overpriced. I took my computer here hoping to have a cheaper quote than apple, but to my surprise apple was a LOT cheaper by 130 dollars. Would not personally recommend.

Brought in a MacBook with keyboard issues, diagnosed on Wednesday, part arrived on Thursday, part replaced in less than 2 hours on Friday...awesome, courteous service...while I hope I wont be back for service, no doubt if I need a fix this is where I will go.

I was referred to Techwise thru the online Apple Store support for an issue with my keyboard. I was pretty sure that the issue was software related. The online support at Apple could not help.I called TW and was told the issue might be the keyboard itself and if so it would be an EXPENSIVE repair but to bring it in for a check. Within the hour I brought it to their shop as well as my bluetooth keyboard with the same issue(only a certain block of keys not registering) . This convinced the fellow at the shop that the problem was most likely not the keyboard itself. 5 minutes after examining the laptop he handed it to me and said-now try it....ALL FIXED! It was an issue with the block of keys being turned off for the mouse. He couldnt tell me how this happened (must have pushed the wrong keys) but he fixed it for NO CHARGE! So yes- nice guys, know their business and definitely deserve yours when you need a repair or Apple Purchase. Two thumbs up!

My MBP is my life and my business. Unfortunately it no longer wanted to power up this morning. Its a relatively older laptop (2013) so Apple considers it legacy, meaning they no longer manufacture parts for it and I have to take it to an authorized retailer. Techwise was quick and got it working again! He opened it up, reset my logic board and adjusted some connections, and viola! And it was all free of charge! I highly recommend these guys for your apple repair needs! Will definitely be coming back if I ever need to.

I am not sure how to start this as it may get long winded but all I can say is the world needs more people to run their business the way Techwise does. There was an issue on a repair I wanted done where the tech accidentally broke a ribbon connector. They called me and told be exactly what happened (took responsibility) and then said they were going to replace the entire mainboard (took ownership). They immediately ordered the part and if it was not for Apple I would have had the computer back within a couple of days. They followed up with me and with Apple to make sure the part was on the way and that I was kept in the loop.Usually we only see reviews if something was bad or really good. Well this review shows how Scott and his team took what could have been a bad situation and made it a great one.

I had an emergency with my work computer not charging this morning, and was fully panicking by the time I brought it in to Techwise. They not only fixed the problem in less than half an hour, they didnt charge me because it was apparently a simple issue for them to fix! It took more time to talk to Apple on the phone! Im definitely recommending to anyone with an Apple computer.. a much better experience than going to an Apple Store!

Same day service and no hidden fees.After a terrible experience at Premiere Tech Shop, I brought my Macbook Pro to Techwise and they completed my warranty repair the same day all for no cost. Super clean facility and fantastic staff.Compare that to Premiere, who told me the warranty repair was free on the phone, then when I arrived attempted to charge me $25. Avoid Premiere at all costs!

The best Mac / Apple place to buy or repair one machine. They rebuilt my old Dual Mirror from 96 in 04 and it dead earlier this year. It is rare to friend people like them how is willing to give you the time of the day, sharing their knowledge and being giving one a break on repairs. Never over priced.

Overpriced: for the same Macbook battery replacement that cost $199 at the Apple store, this place charges $319. But I wouldn’t have bothered writing a review just for the price (see below).Rude technician: the first person there I talked to (he had on a Green Bay Packers face mask) was unusually defensive over every question I asked (e.g. how much does it cost, how long will it take). He was even more out of control over the phone, where he aggressively talked over me at every turn. The lack of civility was impressive.Thankfully the other people there were friendly, so either this person just had the worst day in his life or was somehow prejudiced against me. Regardless, the level of client service left much to be desired.

Great Honest Customer Service, not only did they clone my hard drive but they discounted the install. So it cost me less, so that meant I gave them more work to do on my computer. Now my Mac is super fast again and Ive fallen in love with it all over again. I will for sure be recommending people to Techwise.

These guys are my ultimate computer dudes. Theyre fast, accept walk-ins, and they really know what theyre doing. Ive had some bad experiences with mac repair places before, but these guys are nothing like them.Theyre friendly, down to earth, and they can almost always get my computer back in working order. And its so much easier and less stressful than going to the busy apple store and waiting for hours and hours. Theyre amazing. As a design student, these guys are LIFE SAVERS.

They are down to earth, straight to business, and they arent concerned with up-selling or flashy displays, but at the same time they are very professional and extend every courtesy they can to the customer. I am a first time Macbook owner and my hard drive started failing. Found this business on Google and boy am I glad that I took my computer to them! Awesome service! Not only were the techs super nice, they were able to replace my hard drive and back up my data in 2 hours! I definitely would refer my friends to them and would be a returning customer if I needed anything fixed and/or upgraded.

Wont go back. Had to go because Apple said they were a certified vendor that could replace my battery (laptop is now 11 months old). Well, they replaced my battery and also failed to install the keyboard correctly. I now STILL have to go the apple store. Even before I walked out, I pointed out the error in the installation (mousepad is uneven and doesnt click correctly), and was told oh well! we fixed what you came in for. I dont see anything wrong. Wouldnt recommend to anyone.

Panicking, I took iMac with troubles in to Techwise. Within minutes, problem solved. Then they told me I ought to sign up for FREE computer classes. I did and they were outstanding! I learned about not only how Program’s work but about passwords, security, organizing. Highly recommend this business and the classes they offer.

Called the Small Business to ask about repairing a hack on a desk top. Ssure, price good, sounded nice on phone-Then I got there, he watches as I struggle in their pull open door with a desktop and laptop and says we dont fix windows! Why didnt he ask me? He assumed it was an Mac. Why would you assume that? Because thats what people come here with. Why didnt you ask what type of computer? Im sorry and walked away! Ira was his name and I dont recommend him as a person to do business with.

I have never had a more satisfying customer service experience than I recently had with the guys at Techwise. I (foolishly) decided to attempt to replace the keyboard on my MacBook Pro by myself. After a horribly failed attempt, I brought my MacBook to TechWise (in a box, in pieces, looking like a jigsaw puzzle...). After some funny looks (which I deserved), the guys agreed to try to put it back together and replace the keyboard for me, though they were hesitant that it would work. The next morning I received a call that they successfully put the computer back together, with everything still working. Now my MacBook Pro is all fixed and like new, at a very low price, and I got to return the brand-new MacBook I had purchased thinking that the old one was toast. I cant recommend these guys enough!!! Quick, reasonably-priced, professional service from guys who are a treat to work with.
