Fred was available on short notice and very knowledgeable. He fixed our lock and made a new key with in minutes.

My parents needed their locks updated, so they went to ARO lock in Waukesha. Fred, the owner, came out to do the work himself & was extremely helpful. He was hilarious & so personable… felt like we had known him forever! I definitely recommend this locksmith company to absolutely anyone in need of lock repair or replacement.

Aro helped me get back in my car (locked my keys in) in the rain, during a Packers game. The locksmith dispatched to help was quick (inside my car within 2 minutes of him showing up) and prompt (he gave me a 25 minute ETA on the phone and was there in 25 minutes). It was nice dealing with someone who was clearly a professional.I originally called Waukesha Locksmiths, who assured me that a driver would be dispatched immediately and would call me soon. 45 minutes later I called back and they tell me that the driver had a problem calling me ... glad they let me know. I gave them my phone number again, and what followed was another 45 minutes of silence.I waited a total of 2 hours before I called tried the next locksmith on the list (Aro) and within 30 minutes of that call Im happily driving along. Would definitely recommend them.
