Anyone trying to purchase home fitness equipment during COVID 19 knows this is no easy task!. While trying to purchase a treadmill, I made numerous calls and visits to various Fitness/Wellness stores. I was either put on hold for extended periods of time, told “they didn’t have” with no dialogue on when, or if they would receive. One store had a treadmill, not what I was looking for, but at this point I was ready to take anything. However, it was Curbside pickup only. Not very realistic that I put a treadmill in my backseat. When I asked how other customers were able to get treadmills home I was told most either had a truck or rented one. Really!!Then miraculously, I found the treadmill I wanted on-line. I quickly ordered it and it was scheduled for delivery. Unfortunately, right before the delivery date, I saw the item was no longer available for delivery. It was “damaged” in shipment. However, when I checked the tracking, it didn’t make any sense. Which made me question if the item was ever available or shipped.A friend recommended I try Johnson Fitness & Wellness. In doing so, Andrew the salesperson told me they didn’t have the treadmill. However, rather than leaving it at that, he explained what the industry was seeing due to the pandemic. I was given a realistic shipment date as well as options for ordering and/or financing. In addition, Andrew provided status updates throughout the process.Customer Service is more important now than ever before, and Johnson Fitness & Wellness has certainly displayed that! From providing realistic information on equipment, shipment date, to delivery and set up, Johnson Fitness & Wellness made the purchase easy and flawless. I purchased a treadmill from Johnson fitness. within 6 months my new treadmill stopped working. I called for service. I am now waiting 5 plus weeks for some from service to look at my treadmill. terrible customer service.

Over the last few years Ive purchased a treadmill and an ellpitical from the store in Brookfield and the store in Waukesha. My experience with both locations was great. The staff at both locations did not force feed anything on me. On each occasion I explained my requirements and they matched me with the correct equipment. They did not take advantage of my lack of knowledge, and did not try to sell me something I did not need. I appreciate and respect customer support/representatives that conduct business in the manner the staff for this company conducts business. I seldom submit comments about customer service but I did in this case. Without reservation, you can trust these folks.

We worked with Ryan a couple of months ago and bought some equipment and a lot of free weights to build a home gym. He was so nice and patient while we tried different things out and he was informative and not pushy at all! Super nice guy and very helpful. We had to get some items transferred from Racine and it was very quick and he called us right away when we were able to pick them up. Will definitely go back for future purchases and recommend to friends and family.

We went in to look at treadmills having done absolutely zero research leading up to our visit. We worked with Ryan who was extremely helpful in explaining various models, features, and being respectful of our budget. At no point did we feel any pressure to make a purchase, and we felt so comfortable with the information we had been provided that we did end up buying from Johnson Fitness. Delivery was able to be setup for exactly one week later and the delivery process was seemless & efficient and the delivery guys were professional and awesome.

Ive purchased gym equipment at Johnson Fitness that amounts to over thousands of dollars. Ive always had them deliver and assemble my equipment and paid for said service. Im currently moving and figured it wouldnt be an issue to have my equipment disassembled and reassembled at my new house by Johnson considering they assembled everything in my current home. When I called and spoke to the store representative I was told that I cannot purchase the service. Apparently my money is no longer good at Johnson Fitness. Highly disappointed!

Weve bought a couple of pieces of equipment here over the years. The staff is very knowledgeable about the equipment, you are able to try it out on the floor. They are good about then leaving you alone to make your decisions.

Randy was super helpful and knowledgeable. We were extremely happy with his customer service and follow up. He made the process very simple and we are very happy with our purchase.

If you are looking for good exercise equipment, this is the place to shop. They offer everything from the smallest to the largest equipment; from rowing machines to climbers, from ellipticals and tread mills to steppers, bikes and suspension trainers.... and all is professional grade. This is not equipment you would pick up at Wal Mart or Target - it is the real deal. There is some used equipment that can be had but it is limited. I believe there is more equipment here than you could find in two local gyms combined. Presently there are 60 locations in 11 states but they are expected to expand nationwide.

Went in looking for a treadmill and were shown around by a personal trainer, who explained the differences and features, and helped us to understand what we needed without any upsell pressure. We ended up buying the least expensive model, and some maintenance supplies and an anti-static mat.

Had a great experience they were so helpful!

The gentleman that was there seemed to really know his stuff. He gave some great advice and knew the equipment well.
