We are very pleased with our new blinds. Bazaar always do a great job. The products the offer a the highest quality. Installation was done perfectly. Overall as usual, this was a great purchase.

After reviewing the quote and e:mail from Dan the owner, I am left with one window treatment choice that is 8-12 weeks out. I must say that this made me angry all over again !! Nothing but wasted time. The one star rating is only because you have to rate at least one star to leave a comment.Dan the owner of the company contacted me right away and provided me with a quote.I had Michelle in my home in May. To this day no quote, no call, NOTHING ! She said she would get back with us in few weeks and wait for June specials ! I called her in June and still no return call. I am very disappointed I wasted my time with this company !

We purchased all of our blinds and shades from Bazaar 26 years ago when we built our first home. We continue to shop and buy from Bazaar because of their excellent customer service, product quality and pricing.

Can say that the quality of the product ( Hunter Douglas) is beautiful,well - constructed. Greatly appreciate Robin, from Bazaar, not only in knowing the details of this product but also making the in- home precise window measurements and product samples a joy not a burden to examine.

Fantastic company that goes the extra mile to make sure youre satisfied. Everyone at Bazaar was helpful and attentive. They listened and gave great suggestions. They helped me with window treatments for my entire house and I had them redo the master bedroom closet. They came out to measure and put together a fantastic presentation with numerous options that allowed me to really maximize the space. Received 2 living room and 1 kitchen blinds. Blind quality and functionality excellent. Still waiting on missing hight adjustment piece. Sales person and installer were excellent as well. Would use Bazaar Home Decorating again.

Very knowledgeable, the window sills had debris left on them from removing and redrilling new holes. Other than that we were very pleased with the install.

They provided an informative consultation on the best window covering options for our patio door in our bedroom. We ended up choosing shutters which were installed and look great!

Great about fixing our blinds when needed

I called before we drove 25 miles to see if they were open and to see if they had a certain fabric color we were looking for. I was told from Dan that I need a apt for window treatments and they were a week out and that was fine I also asked about fabric he said we could come in and look at anytime that was not a problem. He gave me to another Lady and I asked if they had any Kelly Green & Navy Fabric in stock to she replied yes so we drove in. We walked in the door there we a few employees in there WITHOUT masks on and and all of a sudden that Lady comes up to us and very rudely said Do you have a appointment to I replied No I was told we Did Not need one to look at the Fabric. With that they looked at each other and put their Masks On and asked where ours were ? I said we were not told to bring anything with us so they proceeded to give us one and told us we needed to sanitize our hands. At that time I asked where the Navy Blue & Kelly Green Fabric was and then they said they DoNot have any but we could look around and at that time we noticed they had Now taken their Masks Off. I understand to be cautious but to be rude is another thing. I am very well educated on what is going on my Daughter that was with me is Respiratory Practitioner with her Masters so they really looked like the fools. I have bought items from this store before and so has other members of my Family and I felt like they just wanted us gone. It is too bad because we were looking for them to install Plantation Shutters that Dan so graciously was helping me on the phone with at $650 each × 17 windows over $11,000 job that we knew we needed a appointment for and we did not even ask to Look at them. Maybe you should be a little nicer to people cause you never know what else they are looking for. By the way we did not see any other customers in the store I wonder why? I am going to have to really think Long & Hard about my next purchase there. Best of Luck to your Business in these Times.

Bazaar’s showroom is huge! We’ve never seen so many shades in one place. The staff was very knowledgeable and helped up choose shades for our problem windows. Highly recommend them.

I had a problem with a couple shades. After some miscommunication at first. Daniel called me, came out and corrected the problem. They followed through. I would definitely recommend Bazaar to work with.

I came in with an idea of what I wanted for a window curtain and window seat cushion. I was helped in not only finding fabrics that coordinated beautifully, but also on how much I needed, and how to professionally finish my projects. I never felt rushed. It was a pleasure to work with them.

This is my secnd customer service issue with Bazaar. They ordered the wrong color shade for my dining room ($800) and Dan the owner won’t return my phone calls. Our last issue took over a year to resolve. I have spent thousands of $$$ with them decorating 2 homes & our business and then can’t even call you back or work out the issue? At least refund my $800. Calling the BBB next!

We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. With so many options, we just didnt know where to start, and the Bazaar team was able to quickly pinpoint the style that would suit us and our home best. With all their expertise, the Bazaar team gave us confidence throughout our decision making process. Not to mention they made a process we thought would be stressful and long into something fast and easy with a beautiful end result. We would highly recommend Bazaar, and cant wait to use them again in the future!

We bought a house in October of 2013 and there wasnt a single shade in the living room. We decided to check out Bazaar since it is fairly close to our home, and I have to say, this is what America is missing, small, family owned business! Dan, the guy that installed our blinds was in constant contact with us regrading price, colors, styles and when they would ship. The install took no time at all and the blinds not only look amazing in our living room, but also give us privacy (with the convenience of the top down shade) and keeps out the cold (energy efficient). We will be getting the rest of our blinds from here without a doubt!!!

Just started looking for window shades/blinds. Robin gave us a great overview of our options. There was no pressure to make an appointment for a home visit, as I told her we needed time to process. We truly appreciated her willingness to afford us that time.

Dan, owner, and Linda do not return my call and its been 4 months that Im waiting for my replacement shade. Reading reviews, Dan is TERRIBLE at not returning calls. Not recommending Bazaar to anyone.

Fantastic service from beginning to end. Was walked through all options of blinds for our new house build with 25 windows in Chicago. Dan took care of us from planning to purchase and setup the measurement and installation locally for us. Will use BHD in the future for all our window needs.

The selection was fairly good. However the customer service was sub-par... we struggled to get our questions answered and felt like like the staff were stressed out and not happy to see us, as if we were an inconvenience.

I am building a home in Hartland, WI and visited this store to get my new house measured measured for shutters and drapes. Not only did their representative no show on us, we called the store several times and left messages - 3 weeks and no call back or measurements. I guess they are too busy for new customers. I would be cautious of this place.

They are the NICEST people. My draperies and blinds came out great.
