I bought a midwest handrail from one of their distributors, and myself installed it wrongly and rendered it nonfunctional, brought it in explained the situation and they gave me a replacement at no cost! The customer service I received was so much better then I deserved. They didnt ask me 20 questions about my purchase they just stood behind their product even when the issue was no fault of theirs. I had a series of events that rendered me without an AR, I explained my situation to the folks at Midwest industries and they quickly put a rifle back in my hands. There are rifles on the market that cost twice as much without the same quality control. I ordered on a Sunday and had the rifle by the following Thursday. This during a stolen election, pandemic and panic buying that has rendered the industry completely out of stock and inflated. Their prices haven’t budged, I run their parts on my AK and nothing beats their level of precision. An hour after picking my rifle up at the gun shop I ran 400 rounds through it, the rifle ran flawlessly, I can’t wait to run this thing through fighting rifle. I would like to especially thank Lindsay, she was very helpful and answered all my questions. This has been and will continue to be a long business relationship between myself and MI...Thanks again guys and gals.

Recently purchased a MI Gen2 SUB 2000 Mini Picatinny Rail Optic Mount for $100. This Red Dot DOES NOT hold its position solidly after only a few rotational deployments. The head is sloppy and is not engineered to remain in position after each shot. Impossible to zero consistently. I left a review on their site, yet their website reviews will only show you the 5 star feedback, nothing less. This purchase did not perform as advertised and ended up being a complete waste of $$. Stick with the MCARBO option.

My experience when I visited Midwest Industries was awesome! The staffs are down to Earth, knowledgeable, and fun to chat with. The environment is great, even the customers were respectful. I brought my first AR 15 build in to get the headspace checked, which turned out to be a better outcome than Ive expected. The staff torqued my buffer tube nut, barrel nut, and Strike Industries comp to spec for no cost!!! 😄He even shot my gun with Federal 5.56 bullets to make sure it is safe for me to shoot.Highly recommend this gun shop if you are looking for professional gun smiths, or high quality parts.

Phenomenal customer service, and products. Recently bought a slim line hand guard from them, and thought I didnt receive the barrel nut (found in the shipping packaging). Emailed them and Andy got in contact with me offering to send out the barrel but for free; luckily I located it! Andy also went above and beyond to help me problem solve potential headspace issues I was having, as this piece was included in my first build.Hand guard fit beautifully, and is of excellent quality. I bought a handguard to replace the original on my AR. They installed it for free while I waited! Very friendly people, respectful, unlike a lot of gun shops Ive been to. Dont talk down to you there. Ill be doing all my firearm business there from now on. Worth the 45 minute drive!

One of my favorite shops to visit, if youre looking for anything AR/AK related this is your best bet. Pete is an awesome guy and very knowledgeable, I havent really dealt with any of the other employees but I can imagine that they would be just as good.

They typically have more in stock than any other store in the area.Do be aware, it is somewhat easy to miss their store coming down Highway 59, but look out for Generacs building next door.

Andy is one of the nicest and easiest guys to deal with. I was working on my first AR build, a .308 of all things, and got as far as I could. A good friend of mine recommended Midwest Industries to me, and specifically, Andy. I stopped up with all of my parts, unfortunately after he had left for the day, but a day or two later, Im thinking it may have been the next, I got a call and an email letting me know that the rifle was ready. Andy test fired it for me to make sure everything worked as it should, and let me know a couple things that could be changed in his opinion. I appreciate the fast, accurate, and exceptional service, especially after dealing with some knob manufacturers/vendors who think theyre too good and their s**t doesnt stink.
