The girl that helped us was beyond amazing! She knew her products inside and out and could share her experiences in using some products. I love the Urb brand delta 8 products they carry. Impressive (and very reasonably priced) selection of smoking glass, accessories, and more. Lots of cool little trinkets and gifts, along with the largest disc golf selection I’ve ever seen! I come here for frisbees a few times a year and they always have a great selection of discs. Are they the cheapest? Nah but its a local business and the the difference is negligible at best. Always really nice and helpful.

Just another ripp off store in Waukesha s marketplace of over priced novelty items. Their crystals are fake and I’m sorry I wasted my money a few times. Don’t shop here unllrss u would like to throw away your money on a small businesses like this. I’m gonna buy on Amazon at least u can return what you don’t like, i threw my stuff out after i realized I had been had.

Rude, no sense of humor, and will never go there again! Buy elsewhere trust me! I came in for a glass pipe. Such high prices and itty bitty pieces you can only literally put a pinch in your pipe to smoke.

Great glass and friendly staff

This place has a great selection of Disc golf supplies for sale. Discs, bags, you name it. Many brands to choose from as well. They have plenty of other things like music, shirts, smoke accessories and other things. The lady behind the counter was SUPER friendly. I was able to get a deal on about 9 discs for the price of 6. She gave me 50% off on my disc bag as well. Oh, and a free Tee-shirt, a free lighter, 4 free can coozies, stickers, magnets, etc. I havent left ANY store for anything that happy in a very long time!

Staff is always friendly and they have such a varied selection of goods that its really fun to wander through the various areas of the shop to see it all.

Huge selection of incense and incense accessories, as well as an immense collection of glass pipes and some decent CBD (everything from tinctures to smokables). I also think its one of the best places to go for frolf discs but Im not an expert on that.

Reasonably priced and knowledgeable staff!

Simple and neat. I like the setup and there are many items to catch your attention. The building is divided into three rooms. One area has clothing and such. Another has merchandise like candles, incense, knives or crystals. The last room holds the recreational CBD oil, vape devices, and pipes. Can be seen on from the main road.

Best place on the planet for any of your hippie needs. Ive bought many glass from here and disc gold discs that are very reasonably priced. The staff is always ready to help with any needs you have. Plus they are all super friendly.

More of a head shop than a record shop; selection of vinyl was highly disappointing. If you need discs for disc golf or glass pipes, it may be one of the better places in the neighborhood, but not a great resource for records.

I went there today & there was the sweetest & kindest girl working, she was short with a septum piercing. She was SUPER helpful & friendly, she really seemed to care about genuinely making costumers happy; she makes me wanna come back here!

Im not sure how people are rating this store lowly. I go here very often and have never had a single bad experience. The staff is made of up very friendly people, who know a lot about what they sell and are very helpful explaining things. They are also very nonjudgmental towards people who dont know much about pipes and the like. They have a GREAT selection of local, handmade pipes that are generally very affordable. If youre paying over $35, youre getting a serious quality pipe here. They also have a great selection of hookahs, shisha, oil rigs, grinders, boxes, cases, anything you would want, really. They also just began stocking Juicy Jays flavored rolling papers.Anybody whos had a bad experience here probably had it long ago with a staff member who is no longer there. This is my favorite smoke shop, and my friends and I almost exclusively stock ourselves with their products.

Chill store, interesting selection of stuff, but I just came for the discs. Their disc selection is ok, but their prices are terrible. $40 for a disc with a non-standard stamp on it...lol. And the sign out front says New lower prices on everything.

Always friendly service. One of the better glass selections they usually have a good display of well known artists and the trendy gotos for smoking/vaping needs...used to goto soundwaves downtown and this is next to the same as far as selection of different items such as posters/incense/cds etc. Discgolf section is decent recommend buying a discfunction shirt to save $ on next visit definitely makes a difference.

I had only been in a few head shops before, but it was by far the worst experience I have had in one. I will not be going back, even though I dont frequent head shops more than a few times a year.Went there to buy a hookah as a gift for my brother in April 2014, having never used a hookah before I wasnt sure on what I needed for everything, I was the only person in the shop and it was still like pulling teeth to try to get some help.The staff wanted nothing more than to get me to leave as quickly as possible so they could get back to whatever super important conversation they were having.It was very difficult just asking basic questions on what equipment I would need, and even though I was buying almost $100 worth of stuff, they really didnt seem to care.They came across rather condescending about my ignorance on hookahs. (I mean yes, I am sure I asked a few dumb questions, but it almost seemed like they wanted me to feel bad about it like I was wasting their time, but I know thats not how you should treat a paying customer, thats basic customer service 101)In just one instance she asked if I had any coalsI said no why? she then kinda giggled and sneered and answered well how are you planning to combust the shisha?I said I thought you use a lighter and she openly laughed.I get it now that was a dumb thing to say. But I did tell her from the beginning that I knew almost nothing about hookahs, but regardless I found it rude. And It was almost as if she was mad at me and my lack of knowledge, or so it seemed to me.I dont know how they teach employees on how to deal with customers, but belittling, condescending, and making them feel stupid even if they are, is a terrible business model.They even lost my future business, after I used the hookah I bought from my brother, I decided to buy one for my self, but it wasnt from there. My brother recommended City News and so I bought one there.Their customer service isnt anything extraordinary, but its at least what you expect good customer service to be. They were attentive, polite, and they were happy to answer any additional questions I had. Thats were I do my business now, even though like I said is infrequent.But its a shame, because if Discfunktion just treated me with the bare minimum of customer service and respect, I probably would still do business there because its closer to where I live than City News

Nice decent place.

This is one of the worst head shops I have been to. the quality of the merchandise is some of the worst I have ever seen. They do not support local glass blowers here nor do they support any other local artisans. Your are buying your glass from the Chinese and sending your money over seas if you shop here.
