April was incredibly helpful, patient and knowledgeable. She got our family of three all new upgrades with a great deal and transferee the old phones to the new phones. Go see April!

She always goes the extra mile wanting the best for her customers and is unbelievably patient with all the many questions she receives, even if she has to repeat them for customers like me who are not good at all with the technology. April was amazing to work with! I was dreading the experience of changing plans, buying phones, etc. April was knowledgeable, pleasant, and explained everything thoroughly and in a way we could easily understand. Her customer service was exceptional!

Be cautious of the quoted monthly rate here, and expect the number they quote you to be drastically lower than reality. Take my advice and go an actual Verizon store rather than an authorized dealer, they are much more knowledgeable and equipped to assist.

I went to the waunakee Verizon store to upgrade my ipad 7 gen to the new iPad Pro and I bought a new iwatch 6 I Would definitely return to get the new iPhone 12 max pro and I want to thanks April for being a great help and getting me out fast and on my way very friendly people

On two different occasions, we have set up new phones with the Verizon Waunakee Store. Ben has help me with both phones and I feel like he has gone above and beyond to make sure we were happy and our phones were set up properly. He is always friendly when I have stopped in to ask a question or if I am having an issue with my account or phones.

The staff is helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly when setting up a phone. I was surprised that they charge for a SIM card. when they are usually free at the Verizon store in Madison. The accessories they sell are overpriced, when compared to other retailers, and are non-returnable once opened/installed. A Speck S9 phone case is $40 there, compared to $25 on Amazon. A Samsung wireless charger is $30 cheaper elsewhere.

Love, love, love this new store! I came in for a new charger and ended up finding a phone case I loved. The staff was so friendly and I didnt have to wait in a long line. Definitely am going to be stopping back.

I needed help with getting a phone started and Josh was able to correct the problem. He eas very knowledgable and courteous .

Stopped in with a family member for phone assistance. We were told it would be a half hour wait so we stayed and waited. We waited over an hour and still no assistance so we left and went to another location.

We recently had a great experience switching to Verizon and activating new phones. We basically dealt with the entire staff due to complications (our issues and bad luck) and everyone was very helpful. I highly recommend them.

Switch from US Cellular and these guys were great. In and out. Everything went smoothly. Week later I got the Verizon Bill. Took it in and they explained the whole thing in detail. Even found a few spots that Verizon messed up and took the time to call the Retailer Hotline and saved me money. 🤔👌😁

I purchased a screen protector from Mobile Life that I found to be defective the next day I attempted to return it and was told that that’s how all of them are... it had very sharp edges and was clearly defective. Store Manager contacted the owner and the owner told him that once it was installed it couldn’t be returned. I asked to speak with the owner and was told the owner would contact me. It’s been several days and no return call. Terrible customer service. Please stand behind your products or don’t sell them. Last time I will visit this store...

Dont even bother coming to this Authorized Retailer if youre already a Verizon customer. All I needed was a new phone, but all I got was the run around because they cant honor the same deals that an actual Verizon store can. My visit here was a complete waste of time!
