I called Aspen Garage Door at 7:30a this morning in a panic because my garage door wouldnt close. Phil returned my call quickly and asked me a few questions about the issue. He was able to diagnose the problem right away and talked me through what to do over the phone to get my garage door opening again. Most other companies would have been happy to come out to charge me a service call to fix this simple issue but instead Phil saved me time and money by telling how to take care of it myself. I am so impressed with the service and professionalism of this company. I have used Aspen Garage Doors several times in the past and will continue to do so in the future. We contacted Aspen at about 6pm on a Friday, expecting we would not get service until Monday. But we had a response from Aspen in less than an hour and Pat was able to replace our garage springs early on a Saturday morning. In addition he cleaned, lubricated, and adjusted the door so that it sounds better than it has in years! And he even checked and adjusted our 2nd garage door. Incredible service!

Wow, Aspen is a life saver! When your going to a critical Dr. appt. only to discover your garage door spring broke; and pull cord does not allow the door to open. Call Aspen, Pat is ASAP! Pat swapped out a few garage door openers, springs, and did a tuneup of the doors. Great experience all around. Easy to work with, quick to install, and left the place in really great shape after he was done.

Each time here, we have been completely satisfied with the service and value. The cable on one side of my garage door broke. Phil came and out fixed it within an hour of my call on a Sunday morning. He was very nice, professional and really knowledgeable. I really appreciated that he explained everything he worked on in a thorough and friendly way. He even talked me through some updates I might need to the door and opener in the near future, and explained rough estimate pricing for those potential updates. Pat was able to fit me in to repair a broken spring the same day I called for service. He initially thought I might need the bigger, more expensive spring because of the size and weight of my door, but after further inspection he concluded that the smaller, less expensive spring was more than sufficient. Refreshingly honest with fair pricing. Will definitely use Aspen for my garage door needs going forward. Recommend.

Pat really knows his stuff, I cant recommend him enough. Thanks to his advice, the last time my garage door went wonky I was able to fix it instead of calling him in an angry panic! I counted the flashes up to 10 and adjusted the sensors. Since they are so darned touchy, would it be worth taping them down so they dont move? I had my car and garage door remote stolen out of my garage. I wanted to change my current system and update my garage door openers to a wifi capable system. Pat came out the next day and installed new garage door openers. Prices were fair and he only sold me what I needed. Pat was super friendly and made it a good experience given the circumstances.

On a historically cold day complete with national weather service warnings to stay inside due to subzero temperaturess and wind chill I called Aspen because I could not get my garage door to close. When I reached an answering machine I hung up without leaving a message. I called another place equidistant from my home and got another answering machine. I called Aspen back and left a message. I received a call back shortly from Phil. He had me describe the problem and asked me a few questions. He gave me something to try to fix it myself. I tried it but no success so I called back. He came over within an hour and fixed the problem (off track cables and broken rollers) in under 2 hours. He also improved upon the work of the previous installer who had neglected to lubricate the hinges so that the door made a screeching sound every time it moved. Now it is nice and quiet. The price was super reasonable, and the fact that he even came over in the first place on this frigid day impressed me beyond measure. This was a day when schools were closed, many businesses were closed and mail delivery and sanitation services were suspended! I cannot recommend Aspen Garage Door INC and Phil more highly. This is definitely where I will go for any garage door work in the future. So grateful I found them!

Pat, one of the owners of Aspen Garage Door, came by today in the cold and snow and fixed the broken lifter arm (I think thats what its called) on our ancient garage door. I was so impressed! I was impressed not only by how quickly he fixed a door others would have probably called unfixable, but with how much he knew. We were bracing ourselves for the possibility of having to replace our old garage door openers and possibly even the doors, but Pat assured that wasnt necessary. Dont mess with the system until it breaks was his advice. His honest advice and expertise was so much appreciated. Thanks, Pat!
