The owner Brandon helped me with a very challenging outdoor photo project. He walked me through the process step-by-step and answered 1 million questions. He was great with communication. The end product was amazing. I will be a lifelong customer. The employees were super nice and helpful as well.

The UPS driver for Westbridge does not attempt to collect signature on packages that require signature confirmation. Just leaves a note on your door saying Sorry we missed you... and no option to actually receive the delivery. For all 3 attempts someone was at our house ready to receive the package. Now tracking says the Final Delivery Attempted and I dont know when/if I am actually going to receive this package. Frustrating because its just a driver that is too lazy to take an extra minute to get your signature.

I used this store to send a set of items freight, it included one heavy 24x24x56 item. Brandon custom packed all items and affixed all of it to a small pallet. Everyone at the store with whom I dealt was friendly and helpful. I have zero complaints.

DO NOT GO HERE to UPS at 215 S Century Ave in Waunakee! They will RIP YOU OFF! Cheaper at USPS down the street! I came in to mail a letter and check. The man behind the counter was rude. I asked for an envelope to fit the letter and check. He threw it on a measuring scale. I told him I had to overnight it. He told me it cost $59.00 to mail it overnight. Ive mailed things overnight a lot at USPS—it has NEVER been so high! I could not believe a couple pages were that expensive! I couldnt afford that and asked him what a step down would cost. He said its $30 for 2-day. I was hesitant about it costing that much. Usually at USPS it costs $28 for overnight MAX. I went a long with it since we had already gotten that far. He finished checking me out. I paid with card. Without even putting the letter in the package, he told me I could go and he would put it the envelope later When Im not busy. This was a really important notarized subpoena. Last thing he said: Heres your receipt. Tracking is on it in case youre in legal trouble keep that as a record that you shipped it today to the right address in case it gets in the wrong hands. This guy looked at me like I was a criminal trying to embarrass me in front of others in line! I had a really bad feeling because the guy wouldnt even seal the letter in front of me, was being rude and the cost seemed ridiculous! He told me I could leave. I did, feeling very apprehensive. I went outside, noticing a USPS right down the street. So I decided to go back to UPS at 215 S Century Ave in Waunakee to get a refund and do overnight at USPS a couple blocks down instead. A different guy was there. I showed him my receipt, telling him that I needed it there tomorrow instead of 2-day and need a refund. The guy said, Would you like us to upgrade it overnight for $62? (EVEN HIGHER THAN THEY TOLD ME MINUTES PRIOR)! I told him I couldnt afford that and would need a refund. He went back to look for my notarized letter and low and behold, they hadnt even packaged it yet! AND THE LETTER WAS CRUMBLED! I couldnt believe it. The guy started acting like he was trying to process my refund and told me to put the debit card I used into the reader. This was the most ridiculous part of the whole experience! The guy stared acting like the refund wouldnt process! He kept telling me to remove my card and reinsert it, he would press 1 button and appear like he had no idea what was going on. The other guy who checked me out previously gave me a hard time about changing my mind. The other guy kept acting like my card wasnt going through. I knew he was faking it because the other guy wasnt even making any suggestions or trying to help. Once it didnt work for the 3rd time the UPS guy tried to sell me a quick one manipulating the situation, Overnight would be about $40? I was thinking so first this was nearly $60 to overnight, now youre trying to get me to send it overnight for $40! He was waiting for me to say something like, “Well, since your card reader isn’t working, I might as well take your overnight option”. Nope! I told him I would have to go to USPS.The guy lied saying, You know they cant guarantee its going to get there tomorrow. I didnt buy it and then the guy suggested trying another card reader. I tried a different card reader again (which they were frustrating other customers in line at this point), again the guy pretended the other debit card reader wasnt working. So none of your readers work? Yeah, right! Nice try, UPS! I was waiting for them to say that they will have to do cash refund but here I told them I would take cash and the guy looked at the rude guy and said, I guess I have too. Before that they were just looking at each other like they were waiting for me to change my mind! He processed it in cash (grudgingly so) and opened the cash register and gave me my money back. I left and went to USPS. When I got to USPS, not only did they GUARANTEE it would be there by tomorrow, but it was only $25 for overnight shipping guaranteed! DO NOT GO HERE!

I came in to my office this morning to a complete and total mess. One of the sales guys that I support at my company had two medical devices that he could not track down. After speaking with the UPS customer service team, I was informed that the package had been returned to the UPS that it was sent from. Panicked and frantic, I called this UPS location to locate my package and help me get it sent overnight. It may seem dramatic to use words like panicked and frantic, but these are medical devices, their delivery could literally be the difference between life or death.After speaking with Brandon, I knew that I was going to get these devices delivered to the hospital in time. Brandons incredible customer service and genuine empathy towards my situation immediately alleviated the deep anxiety I was feeling. It is so rare to come across people that genuinely care about their jobs and their customers. I would highly recommend this UPS location for any shipping needs that you may have.

Do not go here unless you want to be charged twice as much as USPS a couple blocks down charges. UPS here are rude, self-absorbed and live in the shadow of the more professional, highly-skilled USPS.

I was a customer for a couple years. Very friendly and wonderfully helpful people.I quit because of confusion regarding parking. For this store, THERE IS NO NEED TO USE THE PARKING LOT. Just park in the fire lane immediately in front of the store. Its okay and encouraged by the owners. Like a moron, I parked in the parking lot and walked over for years, but thats not necessary.Just park right in front of the store in the fire lane. Its just fine!

The Waunakee UPS store goes above and beyond in terms of customer service and the quality of their service. I have visited numerous UPS store locations in the Madison area and will go out of my way to return to the Waunakee store because it is managed and staffed so well. Thank you Krista and Brandon for the excellent customer service!

I have a home office in Waunakee and I work in sales repping a company from out of market. Ive lost count how many times these folks have helped out on an urgent print job, mailer, or overnight package back to my home office.Theyll send you a text message when you have mail. Their staff learns your name. I cant say enough, theyre amazing.
