Well just told by one owners they have no time for warranty work there 3 to 4 weeks booked take it to another dealer. Above there techs ability & did not want to ask Chrysler engineers for assistance. Bottom dollar not honest!

I flew from Kansas City to Milwaukee to purchase a car site unseen from the Homan Value Center in Waupun. My Homan driver Steve was on time when he picked me up at the airport and was also very friendly. Hes one of those guys you feel like you have known all of your life. Craig my salesman was very knowledgeable about the car I was buying. He knew that I was out of my comfort zone buying a car that I had never seen before. He kept it real and the car looked and drove exactly the way he described it. Craig went out of his way to have his mechanic look over the car a second time because I would be driving it 8.5 hours back to Kansas City. Wile I was at the dealership Al the mechanic put the car on the rack to assure me that I was buying a good car. Even the guy who detailed the car ( I wish I could remember his name) introduced himself, shook my hand and wished me well on my drive home. All in all, I had a really great experience with all three of these guys, love the car I bought and would highly recommend Homan Auto Sales.

Worst experience ever at a dealer in my car shopping experience. I really like the car I test drove and was really motivated on buying however the way I was treated by the sales consultant ( Wayde Beck) from the start was horrible. He is so unprofessional and rude. I’m not sure if he was having a bad day or if that is how he normally is. Not even the most basic customer service skills like greeting someone with a handshake and intro was given as he first approached my friend and I. It just makes a customer feel the whole company is like that. Anyway if you decide to go there and purchase a vehicle go with another sales consultant that is not Wayde.

First & foremost there is never, ever any pressure to buyThey go out of their way looking for the vehicle you want, as many different models & still never no pressure. We have been buying vehicles here for 20 years & have never found any dealership that can match Homans prices!! I would give this place zero stars if I had the choice. I am not happy with the service we have received from our sales rep Wayde. We went and looked at a couple of vehicles told him we would be back and called him back a hour later and told us its sold. We asked what else he had and it has taken him several days and hours to get back to us. He has not been friendly or has tried to go out of his way to help us. He has been short and rude with my husband and myself.

This was our first time purchasing a vehicle at Homan Auto. In all sincerity, this was the most painless car buying experience we have ever had. We are retired and have purchased vehicles throughout southeastern WI including Milwaukee, Madison, FonduLac, Beaver Dam and Appleton.
