About ready for vacation, luckily I tested my new Amazon 3.5 mm to USBC. (To make my new phone work with my old headphones) and it didnt work?!$15 & it didnt have DAC ( digital analog converter) so it didnt work...Thankfully Q-Tronics had one that worked! For only $10 Even tested it before I bought it.
Has everything you need to complete your electronic projects and helps you understand how the product works. I asked A LOT of questions and was given straight answers even I could understand...hardware is not my forte. Jack doesnt sell you what you dont need to complete a project. Great service after the sale!
I called them this morning, to make sure they were open. They are a Consumer Cellular retailer also. I was trying to download apps to my phone for grocery shopping. I had contacted CC about the issue, but they could not resolve it. Jack took a look at my phone and in about 15 minutes, He had solved the problem and had downloaded the 2 apps for me. He has helped me before with my phone, and has never charged me a penny. Thanks again Jack! I will be back. Tom. This is another review. I had an issue with my computer, after it updated. I dropped it off at Q-Tronic/Steren on Monday and had it back on Wednesday. Jack took care of the issues and cleaned up the junk files. For the money he charged, it was a really good deal. I paid nearly twice as much in Minnesota for the same service. Thanks Jack!
Went in with a problem with my computer and he gave me good advice and my decision was to replace my lap top. I am very satisfied with the service I received,very honest and knowledgeable on what I needed on my computer. He will definitely be my go-to-guy for my computer needs.
Monday, 01/15/18 I will start here and update when I see how they handle my laptop. Other place kept for a week ... Etc... Nothing done that fixed the issue.Update. 01/17/18. Jack was amazing. When we spoke, I could tell he knew his stuff. After my story of why I needed to to find an apartment out of the area I am in temporary for work, he said he would look at it and if he did not think he could not fix it, there was no cost. I walked out on Monda feeling at ease. One Tuesday, he kept his promise of starting it the next morning and kept his promise of leaving a message Tuesday. I was able to leave a message like most businesses allow a customer to do. I was able to take off early from work, so I could pick it up Wednesday. 1.5 days and it is running like new. His fix meant that he was able to leave it running all Tuesday night with no freezing.I have the normal things to do when you set up a new or redone computer, like setting up Outlook for my email again, but all of my old data (downloaded emails, Word documents, etc) are there. I do have a loss of browser history, but that is normal and extremely minor.The cost was $84.40, which is very reasonable. I would have paid over a $100.00 for this. This pricing is fair!I think when we run into old-school, wonderful customer service, and wonderful abilities for what they advertise they are in business for, we need to shout it to everyone.I AM SHOUTING!!!I have already sent 2 people at the hotel, who have computer issues there.I will soon bring back with me, a relatives computer to have looked at and will even drive some distance to use this place again. I wish I could give more stars.Thank you Jack!
All I can say is WOW. I went back to Waupun to visit my mother and I forgot what kind of home town service people give. The owner went above and beyond to help my mother and I set up a TV and earphones. We are so pleased with the service and the products. Thanks again to Jack!
