5 stars based on my experience with Linda in the Paint Department. She was so knowledgeable and attentive to be sure I was getting what I needed. To be honest, she seemed to know more than I did about what was required for my project. In hindsight, Id have liked to put the stars on my pallet flags the way they are placed on the American flag. But, all-in-all, Im really happy with my new lawn decorations! Thanks Linda! The colors are beautifully bright!

Great store and friendly customer service. What’s not so good is if you need help with a Home Depot like question that a male employee should know then ehh not so good I had to get help from another male customer with what size of screws that I needed to get but none of the male employees could understand the directions given on the instructional pamphlet and what the sizes actually were. So like I said great people friendly service but definitely need more employees with Home Depot like based knowledge and experience. I’m giving Home Depot ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Friendly people great prices

I got a new refrigerator from them and it is great and now I ordered a new window and my Contractor will install it on Friday but I was happy that they had a couple in stock in the size I need so it can be installed now.

I drove 2.5 hours one way to get the materials in stock from this store. Yes I can have them shipped...but HD does not transfer between stores. In this day and age, materials in hand are the only way to stay on schedule. Too many times theres a delay in shipping...or something is on backorder. The staff was very helpful. I must have been a novelty...five different staff pitched in to help...from pulling it down from the overhead to loading in my truck. Staff was outstanding!

I love this store waaaaay more than Menards. Theyve got the plants!!! And its not always packed like the menards parking lot. If you just need a few home improvment supplies and down want to get swamed with the menards parking lot traffic, just got to home depot.

Nice people. Its an older store but still a HomeDepot nevertheless. I think the front windows could do without all the sales graffiti but 5 Stars all day, every day.

Ray was very helpful in plumbing along along with other members of their staff Bailey & Alexa were so very helpful with helping load everything in my vehicle. I also had a great customer assist when an item I purchased didnt fit & he went way above & beyond by dropping it off for me on his way home. Such great kindness hopefully I will be able to pay it forward to another soon.

If I could give it zero stars I would! Terrible customer service in Appliances as well as counters tops. Appliances the lady we spoke with had no knowledge on any questions we had on stand-up freezers. Counters tops, apparently you have to schedule an appointment to schedule an appointment for someone to come out and give us a quote. When we did speak to someone about the countertops it was a manager who had no knowledge and pretty much told us to go somewhere else and get the Countertops. So from now on; we will travel to Lowes in Stevens Point. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable with every question and if they did not know they helped and found out.

If you need something somewhat quick don’t have it shipped to the store. I had placed a order on the 9th and was told it finally arrived on the 19th but I can’t come pick it up yet so just have them ship it to the house.

Just wanted to share appreciation for staff and manager for helping with ridgid tool warranty repair this week. Thanks for listening and understanding my view of the circumstances. The resolution was more than generous and l am thankful. Appreciate your patience and willingness to help!

Home depot is great, I just got a new water filter for the fridge, I get helped out by a worker right away, v theyre patient, kind, and attentive. I went today for more owns, and I think the same man cane to help me right away. The price registered 84, when it said 34 on the tag, so they helped take it off & enter the correct price. They have good deals on tools, Christmas shopping awaits!

I went to Home Depot with a list of things to pick up. Having never been in the store before, I was expecting it to take a while as I wandered around looking for what I needed. However, Victor L noticed me looking for the first item and helped me with it. Instead of just pointing me to the next item, he walked me there - and to each item on my list! He saved me so much time! We just moved to the Wausau area and this was my first time in the Home Depot. With such AWESOME service, you bet I’ll be back! Thanks Victor!

Wide variety of home improvement supplies. Employees are always will to assist in finding whatever it is your in search of. Some prices on the high side, overall fair though.

Was greeted by a few employees for first time. Clean store and organized well!

Much of the staff is very helpful and very knowledgeable. I would like to make a personal shout out to the flooring manager for all of their help along the way. Overall the prices are fair and the staff knows how to help you or who to ask. Really loving the new flooring in our house. Everything from flooring to appliances to countertops in our house was purchased through The Home Depot and I love all of it. The trick is to wait for a sale on big ticket items (but that is already known).

Lumber is over priced, but they are the only place around most times that have specific Milwaukee tools we need. Menards only sells poor people tools.

Spent 1500 dollars bough a very nice light fixtures 250 dollars a rigid table saw 550 and a rigid planer 450 they open ever box when threw the searched them like I was a common criminal yes Im not happy and they just lost my business

Hope and Brent were absolutely amazing workers that helped me out so much this past Saturday. When they were out of a product they helped me get a similar product and helped me out with the pricing as well. Absolutely amazing workers. Those kids are off to a great start. Great job Home Depot for hiring and training these amazing young adults.

Tool section and display section in walkways could be better organized and stocked if product is available.

When I was there, a lot of the shelves were empty. Good experience overall, checkout is fast. They do not accept smart payments though.

As usual it has everything I need. Very concerned though that it seems no one out there even thinks about the fact that we live in a pandemic. No mask on associates, even though theyre face to face with the public. Shoppers not wearing mask and dealing with associates whove had dealings with countless others. WAKE UP AMERICA! This is your new life! Its not going away! Protect yourself while you protect others.

Just got our lawn mower from there. Not many to choose from, however it is late in the season, so i suppose thats our fault. They also had some really cool Halloween stuff, and if we didnt need our mower, Id definitely be headed home with that awesome $200 wolf or the really cool Alien 👽. Would love to see one of those in front of our house and seeing reactions of adults and children as they go by. Maybe next year 🤞

Just picked up an electrical part and to use the restroom. This store is always clean, provides hand sanitizer, and has friendly and helpful employees.

We applied for and received a credit card to purchase an Anderson door. When we looked at the doors a very surly associate sort of helped us. Then another person took over and made the order. He did not give us all the paperwork, so he had to be hunted down for almost 1/2 hour. He had thrown the paperwork away. When we checked out, the numbers on the paper credit slip did not scan. We went home to contact customer service to see if we had applied incorrectly. We had not, so we returned to the store. Two cashiers tried to take care of us. They could not. We went to customer service where the woman helping us could not help. We were to receive a 50$ credit for opening the account and no one could figure that out Finally after another 1/2 hour, the manager was able to help. We are still not sure if the purchase has gone through. We have had other experiences in this store where it is so difficult to find help. We will not return but will continue to patronize Menards where we have no trouble ordering and purchasing home supplies. Wonder if the door will show up ....

Ordered an $80 socket set online, received different product than order. Called Home Depot about returning the wrong items and getting the socket set I ordered. Was told they could only refund and I would have to reorder it. Well I went to reorder only to find out it is now back ordered, I called again and the woman told me she had 9 in the warehouse and as soon as the return label was scanned by UPS picking up the return she would be sending me the socket set I ordered. When UPS scanned package and picked it up I received an email stating my refund was being processed, despite the woman telling me I would not be going through the refund/reorder process. So I called Home Depot to get some answers and had the young lady laugh at me on the phone and tell me it’s back ordered there’s nothing she can do. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!! Will not be doing business with Home Depot ever again and strongly suggest you stay away as well! I wish I would’ve looked at their reviews before ordering, it seems as though many others had horrible customer service as well!

I came in to find wood cuts for a DIY project and was so impressed by the quality of the wood and the professionalism of the staff. Derek was extra helpful in showing us the varying qualities of wood and how to best work within my budget for this project. Super friendly, professional, and also personable. Definitely will be back and would recommend Derek for anyone who needs help with wood work!

One of the only places in town to get outdoor plants (I started late this year). The plants are looking good, healthy, well taken care of. Some are even discounted.

Was told by someone. You might have a certain type of pad to but under my new desk and chair. You had the same item that most places have. A few $ higher. .Home Depo stores always remind me Too MUCH like a Warehouse. NOT a retail store. Cause most items are .. in boxes and UP TOO HIGH to look at...

Called 4 times about ordering rubber sports floor and they picked the phone up 3 times and hung up before I could even talk. The 4th time the lady had no idea about special ordering and all of a sudden hung the phone up. I can see why home depots are going out of business. Horrible customer service.
