Brandon always goes above and beyond to help me everytime I go there today July 10th 2021 he helped me fix my light in my car and he helped me change a fuse he is my go to person

Cashier was very knowledgeable as to showing fellow employees where to look for items. And to look for misplaced, thats where our part was located.

Bought a battery from here 3 months ago and it leaked acid. They refused to give me a new one because of the slight rub marks on the top.

The staff here is awesome. Ive recently purchased a new vehicle so Im still learning the particulars on it ;) but the young man who assisted me was very patient, polite, and helpful. The prices here are very reasonable compared to other auto parts stores in the same location. Theywerent busy at all. The do allow public use of their restroom facilities.

I have two items that are unused and unopened that I have misplaced my receipt to from Advance Auto. Advance Auto website states“Without Proof of PurchaseReturn or exchange of NEW items (original condition and packaging, unopened and uninstalled, including all original materials supplied with the item) without proof of purchase may be made in exchange for an Advance Auto Parts Merchandise Credit Card. No CASH refunds will be issued. These returns will be processed at the lowest selling price of the item in the last 45 days.”I went to the Waverly location today and I was told the website is wrong. Michelle Crawford the General Manager said she had to “verify the purchase in some way” and she has “no clue why the corporate website states that.”If your corporate policy’s aren’t followed through with by the managers in charge than as a consumer I will choice to go else where.
