One of the better Walmart stores, nothing truly stands out but has a wider selection than the location would make you believe.

Walmart was great. This one in particular is always clean and well kept. Walmart now carries (or I havent been there in while) Reebok clothing, so thats cool. I had a great experience, will go back again.

When you arrive for pick up, they are quick, and pleasant. They could use more edc,. how to do refunds.Would like to see them do delivers

Walmart would make more money if they used all of the registers they have. no one wants to purchase very much when you only have self checkout open. make more self checkouts if you cant find humans to run a register

Pretty standard WalMart. Its clean. Staff is friendly helpful. Not always well stocked. Parking lot is clean and well kept.

Horrible costomer service!I Was at Waverly IA walmart today, ready to buy a carpet cleaning machine, found one I liked and made the purchase of $170 machine. Let me add i drove 30 miles to this store to make this purchase drove all the way home opened the seemingly unaltered box to discover it is missing the whole canister where you fill it with soap and water!! At this point I am very upset and forced to drive all the way back to return it, arrived at the store at 7:03 pm all lights are on and there is no indication of it being closed besides theres nobody behind the desk. So I ask an associate if there is someone to please help me, and she goes to get a floor supervisor. He arrives only to turn me away and states he doesnt have anybody to make the return! He was carrying a heavy attitude and very upfront about his unwillingness to do a thing to help me. The store has posted hours online that the customer service desk is open until 10:00 pm. Honestly very dissatisfied with the whole ordeal, and I guess Ill have to shop at a different location from now on after I return this $170 piece of garbage. 🙄

Very friendly and helpful in most cases. Most personnel are helpful and friendly. There are some who dont know how to wear masks properly.

This is a nicely run Walmart. All the employees are really nice. The lady in like electronics was nice. And Isaiah at The self check out was fun. Good selection and clean.

I love this Walmart. It’s friendlier, the staff speaks to you like you’re actually there, & they have better stuff in stock than the Waterloo one.

Waverly Walmart is a great Walmart to shop at. Easy to shop at, less hassle than some of the larger Cities.

This was my first time in your store and out of my element however everyone staff and shoppers were helpful in directing me to the products I was shopping for.

Its a typical Walmart, short staffed and cheap products. It reminded me why I rarely shop at Walmart stores.A fairly busy Saturday afternoon and they only had one checkout open besides self check out, pathetic customer service to put it mildly.

Nice store but a very different layout. They have parking for 8-10 trucks. Very clean and friendly. Drivers dont mess it up!

Was told by a manager that TLE door cant be used for shopping only if getting work done on a vehicle. SINCE WHEN??? Better post that on a door!!!

I mean, as Walmarts go, it aint bad.

Produce usually not very high quality, always a struggle to find an associate when I need help. Often doesnt stock the things I need.

Only one cashier! There were 7 in line waiting to get checked out and took 20 mins before another cashier opened up a lane! I refuse to do self check out due to I feel self checkout takes away someones job and income! I dont get paid to check myself out!

Gets dirtier and less checkout lines each time I go in.

The items on the shelf get fewer and fewer with each visit. Half the time I cant find what I need or want.

And Waverly they only ever have one register open anymore which drives me crazy. If it’s high traffic time there’s no reason why they can’t have two registers open.

The people in this store were very friendly and courteous. Shelves were stocked and clean

Good service the staff was very nice.

Store was very clean. Amber was my cashier and was utterly amazing. I had a cart full of stuff and she was great. Even asked if I needed help getting my stuff out.

Truck parking is available and allowed. Staff is moderately friendly, store is fairly stocked.

I parked in the special holiday pick up parking...had to get out of my car go into the store walk clear across to the complete opposite side of the store to get the product, I had a bunch of people watching what else I wanted to buy .....long story short...you dont even deserve 1 star ....I was being generous to the system you have that store set up as

One of the best curbside pickups of all of the Walmarts Ive been to. They have canopies to park under. The Walmart app worked flawlessly to let them know that I was there.

The employees doing the online shopping need to be a little more courteous of the customers. They act like they are in a rush and practically almost run people over.

Wow, this was probably one of the cleanest Walmarts Ive seen in several years. I generally avoid Walmart in the last few years, but this was actually decent.The two ladies who helped us with a question about the toy we were trying to find, (Twyla) sorry cant remember the other ladys name were SUPER.The woman at the self checkouts could have been a bit less stalkerish!I understand I was letting my granddaughter assist me, but Im running a checkout for no pay, so dont freaking rush me to do a job that WalMart does not pay me to perform!My three year old granddaughter is not going to be rushed!Open a few more checkouts if youre needing people to move through quicker.

Closes at 6pm, yet at 5:40pm they wont allow entry. How long do they actually think it takes somone to buy a bag of dog food? 2 min it takes 2min in and out, at self check out. If you want to close at 5:40 than say you close at that time.Sorry hope you have a great Christmas Eve but I dont understand why I was turned away.
