I have been to the service department four times and havent even had the car a month. The service mechanic had an attitude and this is the 3rd nissan that was perfectly fine but still having issues. I wish I could go somewhere else. Long story short I didnt even want to finish the inspection after being treated like a suspect

We own 3 Nissans. Having just moved here from another state were looking for a great Nissan dealership to provide the excellent service our cars and truck are used to. Our initial visit to the Waxahachie location was not what we expected. The transmission on our Murano had gone out again and the response we got from service was not very welcoming, rather cold. We finally got it fixed, with the help of corporate, and were really concerned about going back. My truck needed 5k mi. service so when we called we were pleasantly surprised there was a new service manager. Took the truck in and the entire staff was great. The new manager is awesome. We spoke about our prior experience, he apologized and clearly wants to make that right and gain our business. He has done that. Excellent.

What I like about this dealership. They seem to try harder to do the best job that they can!!All dealerships want.your business.But you dont have to shop for which one ?Because when you come here! .you knowThis is the right one,When even your bones.say the same.ha.

Went there was told and take an hour and a half took less than an hour good service quick friendly people

Horrible experience with the service dept. My armada was taken in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. First there was a report saying the tire valve was broke and needed replaced - $150. Charge. We did not agree and told them just change it out with the spare. They came back saying oh we fixed it at no charge 🤔. Then after they were done My husband was driving it off the parking lot and the whole vehicle is shaking and vibrating. I Turned around and told them about this and he was told they have no idea why and we needed to pay another $150. To diagnose it. We didn’t bring it in like that. Why should we accept it like that. I’m taking it back in and will update on this.

Quick service on Saturday after ChristmasTransmission fluid change. They charge 3% for using credit card, will not take a check, use debit card to avoid surcharge.
