I was told to call ahead 24 hrs to order a bakers dozen. Amazing isnt it? I called from outside of the business since parking is very limited. Once she stop telling me how to order. I was given bagels uncut and they had very limited spreads. I have live three cities south of this location. Im trying to avoid driving further to either Mansfield or Dallas. Im going to figure out a way to visit the Mansfield location or get on the road to Dallas around 6:00 am. I work in Corsicana.

Google and the signs on the door show Open at 7am.. I arrived at 7:20, 2 workers inside said they werent opening until 8. Either update your hours to reflect the correct time, so you dont waste other peoples time, or get rid of your lazy employees that are costing you business.

Google maps as well as the door sign stated that they were open until the evening. I was on my way home on a work trip and rarely get the chance to treat my wife to her favorite bagel sandwich. Had a few other stores on the way, but this was the closest to vetting home. Went out of the way off the interstate to get it...At 2:00 PM may have had 20 oddball bagels in the entire store. A sign that they were not making any sandwiches. It is not mentioned anywhere before arriving that it is on a college campus with 3 parking spots. And had to literally ask where it was located because even from the parking it is not visible. Drove the remainder of the 115 miles home with nothing and 25 minutes wasted on my trip home. Not worth leaving the interstate.

Praise the Lord and all 🙌 but I also love rewards. This location does not honor the app nor the rewards that come along with it Just a heads up bc I wish I had known before I drove 25mins out of my way

This place is very clean, and the employees have great dispositions. Service is pretty quick, so I know my breakfast wont make me late to class.

Showed up at 9am when the store shows to open. The door was locked. I watched several people show up with the same result. It is now 9:20am and the door is still locked. Very disappointed.

I asked the kid at the register to slice open my bagel dogs and put cheddar cheese on them before toasting. He didnt do it at all so I spent almost $30 on food we didnt eat.

They never prep lox. So instead of doing it when I order, they just refuse to serve me.
