Me and my wife made a call on Wednesday pm to do some mattress shopping after getting approved online, Dominick was super friendly and was able to preset some stuff for us,I do want to give most of the praise to Michelle, we were in the store for 2 and a half hours, she took the time to explain to us how the mattress worked and also set us up on a machine to find what our body needs, 4 mattress choices later, we made a decision, she helped us get more credit on our approval and also helped us save 1700 dollars! The sale associate Corey McCaskey at the waxahachie store, knew his information well. He was able to explain in detail all the products that were there on the floor. He knew all the rebates and deals, so i were able to make a confident informed decision. He also had a genuine good heart and was just an amazing person overall, it was a joy to deal with him.

The people I dealt with were super friendly and easy to deal with, but I only gave them 3 stars because I was called a week a head told my bead was ready. When I went to pick it up I was then told that it was checked in wrong and it would be another week till I got it. It was a Christmas gift, so I couldn’t wait another week. It was an honest mistake, I feel like it could have been fixed before I got there because they had a whole week to fix the problem. Ultimately I got what I came for but I had to drive to another store to get what I purchased. A little more attention to detail and this doesn’t happen.

The Lady that helped me was very courteous and answered all my question. They had what I was looking for in stock and it was reasonable priced.

Our intent was to shop at several mattress stores to see what products were available and to establish a price point. One of the managers at this location, Dominic, immediately introduced himself and explained the sleep technology computer that provides a shopping guide that is suited to ones preferred sleep position, body and pre-existing health conditions. As Dominic began to show us the different mattresses that were recommended it became obvious that he was very knowledgeable about the products. At no time did Dominic come across as a pushy salesman, he simply stated the facts, differences in the products and was able to answer all of our questions. After our interaction with Dominic we decided that there was no need to shop anywhere else. Dominic is a customer service orientated salesman that knows that quality products can, and will sell themselves when one takes the time to communicate with the consumer. Wasnt planning on spending twice the amount I planned to, but Shelby and Lady (I cant remember her name) was great. She helped us out and was patient with us. Shelby really did us a solid.

Mixed feelings. Dominic worked to make sure that we found everything we needed - even from other locations.However, in spite of me mentioning that our stairs were freshly finished, the moving crew that was sent by Sleep Experts on Thursday did a lot of damage to the fresh surfaces by dragging everything up and down the stairs. Due to learning on Friday that the retired senior citizen that lives at the home was to have emergency heart surgery, I was not able to call about it until Monday. I was informed that I had waited too long to report the damage and hat they would do nothing about it. Now, when the owner returns home from his emergency surgery, the damaged stairs will be there to meet him. VERY SAD.Extremely poor quality work on behalf of the movers and extremely poor response by the company when their team damaged a home.We will be reporting this treatment to all entities that we can find that try to protect senior citizens from places that mistreat them like this.

Walked in and was met at the door by Dudley. Was very happy with the service and time he put in. I was there to buy a mattress and ended up purchasing a mattress and adjustable base. Again I was very happy with the service. Also this location has a clearance section. I opted not to get a clearance mattress but did get the base for around $800 off. Also got zero percent interest financing. I was going to pay cash but it is nice to be able to hold onto money and know it won’t cost any more. Dudley put me on the “bed matching” machine and got a list of mattresses that were suggested for me and honestly the entire list were very comfortable and would seem to of fit me. This was the only place I shopped and knowing they have the best price guarantee I figure I can see if I find a better price and try to get them to match it if I do. Recommend this as a first place to go in Ellis County.
