The new female cashiers there were extremely nice, they were very welcoming & hospitable. Family Dollar is one of the few good stores, with good people, that is still left around these parts.

You can get some good deals there; but be careful because everything is not a bargain. And the place is not really kept picked up. I understand they are busy and maybe short of help. But you still have to work hard to do this since customers are coming in. I do shop there often because it is convenient and some prices are reasonable. So I gave them 4 stars!!

It has alot of stuff...food,home decor, close, Electronics for phone,hygiene products,candy, laundry soap,cleaning supplies.etc

I used to work here. They have a sexist manager who also racially profiles everyone. Tried to talk to HR and got ignored even though I have many screenshots and customers phone numbers for proof then when I talked to the district manager he called me Joan of arc 🤣 on top of that the donations are fake. They are donating to a fake non-profit when they say it’s going to the fire department because they just put the boxes in front of the door of the fire station and leave. Because “that’s there problem now”Then I learned she makes money off of the donations because it boosts her sales.My suggestion is they get better mangers and a better management system all the way around.

Always shop at this location on the way home from work. Would be nice if the restroom was available for customers that shop Considering Ive been fully vaccinated and needed to go really bad to just have to wait and fight through construction trying not to have an accident on myself.

My husband wanted carlos Rossi sangria wine and thats the only place i find it. So its not far. The staff are friendly and kind . they treat you with a smile. Love going if i dont need to go to a big super market. I can find things i need here

April needs to find another job. Shes rude and disrespectful. Got upset because we did 3 seperated transactions. If she doesnt like her job she needs to find a new one.

Everything went well on my visit to this store. I love shopping at Family Dollar stores

I went Into family dollar in Waxahachie and the cashier was very rude because I wanted cash back. She started throwing things around because she only had $50In her drawer. So she throws the money in my hand. I told the manager that she was being a witch because she had to give me $50 cash back she said nothing.

Hh ad and 75 per cent off it was regular 9

In and out. Good place to pick up necessities.

This store had 3 clerks. One had her young child in there running around.. she constantly haulers at her and the line of customers had to listen too as well. Very unprofessional. I ask did the manager know this was going on.. the clerk said yes and she was on vacation... the clerk then began making excuses for why child was missbehaving saying she was spoiled... no! It’s a child doesn’t belong at work...it’s not professional or safe. None of this staff had mask on either.. but the experience was stressing and uncomfortable... this is not good for child or customers... you can’t blame a child for your bad decisions... that situation shouldn’t have happened... your at work and you can’t do your job efficiently if a small child is running around getting in stuff. With the Covid going around a child crawling around on floor and being exposed to all that isn’t safe either.

The store was nasty and not organized at all! It needs a good cleaning

The manager openly and discreetly talks very disrespectful about employees and customers can be overheard using foul language and has no sense of customer service whereas I have no complaints for the other employees the manager was the only thing I found despicable about this place she even use racial and homophobic slurs against customers

Although its a very old store, the staff does the best with what they have. Definite that more employees would be an ultimate goal for this location. Maybe someone to help update this older location. I feel that such an unattractive store is not as inviting to the growing population. Not to mention Waxahachie has a large population of higher income families still looking for a bargain.

Its ALWAYS good. They helped me find the right size curtain rod. I almost got the wrong one. They saved me a trip back,!!!

Its a small quick and easy store. The items are a bit higher but its convenient.

Everything is easy to fine and the people always acknowledge you not like Walmart where the only thing they say is the total of your bill.
