Best Customer Service I’ve Ever Experienced! The Teams Chemistry Is Superb, And I Really Am Proud To Be In Business With People Who Seem To Care About More Than Just The Bottom Line.

These people will harassed you . They treat customers like theives. They will harassed you beginning at 10a.m on the day your payment is due... even if you have contacted them they call, text . Even if you have made your payment they call. They dont communicate or read notes on file. I hate i used them and will be paying off asap to no longer have to talk to these people. They are more like a debt collections agent than your finance company who you are in good standing with. The worst experienceI have had in 50 years buying vehicles. They charge a convenience fee, but only offer auto draft to avoid this fee. But even then they dont get right. I signed up for the auto draft and they started taking payments when payments werent due. Now I am paying them an extra 4 dollars to take my payments. They are constantly trying to add their insurance coverage to the vehicle ( additional 50 dollars) forcing me to contact my insurance agent EVERY MONTH to sendproof of insurance. I have NEVER needed their insurance!!!

I had a wonderful experience at the dealership they helped me the moment I arrived on the lot and the whole sale was very enjoyable too. Tre and Jeimi were amazing salesman hopefully the keep making other enjoy their experience.

DO NOT, whatever you do buy a vehicle from this place! They will call and harass you everyday when your payment is due. Even though you call and set up a payment plan with the office manager and she notes your account it doesn’t matter they still call. And if you are at work until 5 and you don’t call back in a timely manner they will call your references! On top of that my car has been in the shop twice since I bought it barely going on a year now. Something is wrong with the engine and it burns all the oil in my car even though I get regular oil changes every 3,000 miles.... I had great customer service with Ashley when buying the vehicle but ever since then it’s been horrible!

The Saleswoman I got was extremely nice and caring, tried her best to get me in a car so I wouldn’t have to walk 6 miles to work every day, but the head manager turned me down, because I was $150 dollars below the 1,550 they want you to have a month, even tho I always have overtime hours on my check that place me well over 1,550 a month, but there’s no guarantee that I will always have those hours, which I understand, but $150 dollars below and you still won’t accept me? That’s some bs if you ask me

After purchasing a vehicle and driving it for approximately 8 weeks, I was having to make all kinds of repairs while continuing to make my payment on time. One staff member actually told me “when you buy a used vehicle that is just the chance you take”, “if it would have happened a week after you bought it we could do more but you have been driving it for 2 months “. My car is again being towed at my expense to have it “looked at and repaired “ Please Please Please do not purchase a vehicle from them.

I was very pleased with the hospital and ugrgency Ashley was a great sales rep . Maira was great and Christina made sure I understood everything in my contract ! 1000 down I drove away with a brand new suv!!!!

I purchased a vehicle from this location in March. Ive literally had this vehicle for 4 months. Ive already had to spend at least $600 on repairs not covered under their warranty. The vehicle over heated last week. I called and was told I was a few miles over the warranty. I am now stuck with another $1000 repair not including other minor repairs like tire light and mirror repairs. Yes, they are very friendly throughout the purchase process but thats it. There was no effort at all from them to understand what what going on. These great reviews you see are done on the date of purchase. They literally record and make you give a review while you are signing the paperwork. Everything went fine when I purchased and initially gave it a 4 star. I had hoped to purchase again in the future. How disappointing.Over a year down the road and still having issues. With the repairs I have made, the car would have already been paid off. I was asked to refer someone to purchase and when I brought up the issues I had been having I was told to call back and ask for Vincent because he wasnt there. I called two separate occasions and I never received a call back but as soon as the payment is due I receive texts, calls, and emails stating payment is due. I always pay on time or ahead. Initially I came here because I wanted something used and reliable, big mistake.

Worse customer service ever! Vincent the big bad manager who wants to threaten you to repo your car left and right over 10 bucks! I will never do business with this company again! I would have my wife bring her car back if it didnt report to her credit but with that being said she will be making a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. We have never missed a payment and owe less then 3k on this vehicle! This place has gone down hill he has a big head and thinks he is better then you. I do not get it. I never had any issues with Paaco before until now.

I am very impressed with Paaco! Last year I was one of the so called victim of todays economy and lost my job. In October I was in a motorcycle accident which prolonged me from being able to even look for work. I had decent credit and a nice down payment but nobody would finance me a car because I hadnt started working yet. Paaco financed me when nobody else would, I got to pick a really great car, and my note is only two years and very affordable. I know my situation is a bit unique but the fact is they took my unique situation and worked with me. I was able to accept a great job after the very next day so now I can go to work. my mom and sister have purchased vehicles from paaco and they have gotten really nice cars at very good prices. I am very satisfied and would gladly recommend them.
