If I could give this place negative stars I would. This place is 100% ridiculous. I took our 2018 king ranch f150 3.0 diesel in for an oil change and immediately after leaving I had no oil pressure. Took it in the said it was an oil pressure sensor it took a week and half to fox it drove it home and no oil pressure again. Took it back and now it’s an oil cooler. They’ve had my truck since mid august and we still don’t have it back. Called today and now they actually have the back ordered parts but a “bay has to come available”. … umm my truck should take priority over other vehicles that just came in after they’ve had it for a month and a half. I’m aware of part shortages but it’s the lack of professional out and customer service that gets me. This is our main vehicle and they didn’t even give us a loaner until i left a message for the manager and even then he didn’t call me back. And its a vehicle my family can’t even fit in. They say it’s a coincidence that we are having oil pressure problems after they changed the oil but let’s be real they messed something up. Probably not putting the right oil in the truck since even according to them they do not know much about 3.0 diesels since there aren’t many of them. Stay far far away from this place, we are just hoping the eventually get our truck back to us in the condition it was prior to their oil change. The manager isn’t even helpful at this place and let’s not even get started on the service advisor. It’s a shame if you’re a Ford dealership you would think they would have service technicians that had the knowledge and skill to fix any Ford vehicle that comes in even if it is one that you don’t see very often. They should admit they messed my truck up and now have no clue how to correct what they messed up on the first place bc they do not have the knowledge or skill to work on a 3.0 diesel.

Place sucks bad customer service they hang up on customers and never answer the phone good luck lol

Worked with Aaron mostly remotely from Austin to investigate the used car purchase and work out the details for the deal. Arrived at the used car portion of the dealership from out of town and found the vehicle to be exactly as described. I cant speak to the environment for the new car section, but the used car inside facility left a bit to be desired but Id take that over higher prices any day. My kids loved the popcorn they had as well.Aaron was first rate all around and I wouldnt hesitate to purchase a car from him again in the future. Despite me telling him he didnt have to, he even came in on his day off as thats when we were going to be passing through.The two year old vehicle was very fairly priced and the buying process was very smooth.

Great turnaround time and customer service for getting a vehicle repaired. Even got me a loaner, super easy to work with. Would purchase a new vehicle or get one repaired here anytime. Thanks Jason and Tom for a great job!!

I was very please with the sales person he did his job. I had a deal on the table. We both the dealer and me agreed on. Here is why two stars. This is the first time in my over thirty two years experience of purchasing cars to be stone walled. I had already had my finances before I came in to see the truck. So after coming up with deal finalizing the cost of the truck. They would not let me buy the truck unless I used there financing. Now mind you that my financial was at 4.19 percent and theres was 6.9 percent. Allso I was putting down 2000.00. The manager told me that the reason why I had to take his financing is because they had push backsback using there financing and that they would make 250.00. So me being me and a business man I told him that I would pay the 250.00 .then offered 500.00 additional on top of the deal. Well he still would not sale me the truck unless I used his financing. He let me walk away money in hand. It s his automobile. Seam a little shady now that I think about it. The two stars is for the sales man.

Was sold a car with bad tires and was told that it passed inspection but was inspected by their own people not a unbiased 3rd party. And didnt want to make things right. Stay away from this place unless you wanna pay out of pocket for things that you shouldnt have to the DAY YOU PURCHASED the vehicle.

I walked over in the morning to see what kind of deal I could get and everyone was professional and did an outstanding job. I got a great car, and I’ll definitely be going back for any further needs.

I bought my 2014 Cadillac ATS here! It was a two owner but looked like the dealership made sure it was showroom quality. They gave me the free CarFax to it and Took care of me on my trade so I didnt have to roll over any negative equity. I have purchased several cars now from Waxahachie Autoplex and have had all my friends and family do the same! Come here first. They can save you the time of that second trip somewhere else!

Got a car from them that was basically aLemon, I wasn’t able to leave the parking lot with it when I first bought it . 8 months later after plenty of back and forth the car finally stopped working & No one can help me. I’m forced to surrender the car & can’t even do aTrade in.
