We couldnt be more thrilled with how our custom stair runner turned out! We have a tricky staircase with multiple turns, multiple odd-shaped landings and it goes in multiple directions; Doug absolutely nailed the template and design. He was able to source the pattern I desired in several colors to choose from and he made sure it was perfect before install. It turned out even better than we had hoped. Were already planning to call Doug and Christy again soon to redo our theater room flooring and we know it will turn out just as beautiful!

Forever grateful for Doug and his crew who helped us replace our water damaged carpet with luxury vinyl plank! The team was extremely communicative and easy to work with. Cant speak more highly of this company. We are first time home-owners and had a hot-water slab leak which ruined our living room/hallway carpets and Doug made navigating the insurance and vinyl selection process incredibly simple.The product itself is of very high quality and the work done by Doug, Jake and co. is of very high quality. They care about their customers and attention to detail.

We are delighted with the prompt response and expert service when we received when we needed repair to our floors that had been improperly installed by another company less than two years ago. Great care was taken in explaining what was required and the options we could choose. A follow up inspection a week later reassured us of their professionalism.

We first reached out and had flooring put in our master bedroom, home office and a newly remodeled master bath. Doug and Christy were fantastic through the process!!! Always kind and helpful. The flooring we chose was beautiful and very durable with three active dogs. We loved it so much we had them come back and do more rooms for us the next month. I have some other projects in mind and will for sure reach out to them. I highly recommend them if you’re looking to get new flooring, you won’t be disappointed!!!

Doug and Christy were very pleasant to work with. I was so very shocked and pleased how diligently Doug searched for the right wood flooring to match our existing floors. Doug did a wonderful job of painting and texturing our walls and installing our new vanity. He was very meticulous about his work. I would divinity use them again and refer them to others.

We had a water leak that ruined our laminate flooring. We began the process of looking for repairmen to repair/replace the flooring.Doug Rhea came to give us a quote on our flooring. We were very impressed with him and his company. His price including moving and replacing the furniture. Since my husband has had 3 open brain surgeries and 2 strokes, this was very important to us.We chose to supply the new laminate. His crew arrived on time (actuallyearly) and after his instructions they went to work.They were fast and very professional.We would use Floor Coverings International DFW South again if needed.

Doug and Christy are very professional, honest, and patient, and therefor pleasant to work with. Good people. Worked with us until we found the perfect flooring. Their crew then removed two rooms and a hallway of glued engineered flooring and replaced it with vinyl planking all in one day. I will not go anywhere else but FCI for future flooring needs.

They came to my house for the free consultation and knew what I wanted before I did because they listened! The consult was on a Friday and the floor was installed 6 days later even though they had to order the product. They were professional and polite, on time, cleaned up after themselves and made sure that I was happy. My floors look great. I would recommend them to anyone.

As an employee and installer for this franchise I’d worry about having any work performed by them.#1 they do not pay what is agreed on#2 they choose to hire sub par installers then ask their employee to fix the problems even when employee says it’s out of their scope of work.#3 they push blame onto others rather than take responsibility for their own actions.I’d be cautious to work for them or have work performed by them.
