After realizing my insurance wasn’t accepted at another local eye office, I was referred to Dr Browns office by a friend. Dr Brown is extremely nice, very professional, and he knows what he is doing. He spent a good 10 minutes explaining my eye health to me and what I should be considering over the next few years. Office staff was pleasant and helpful. As medical professional myself, I know what a good office team looks like. These guys are excellent. I’ll be back for my annual follow up appointments for sure. Keep up the good work guys.

Dr Brown is very personable and professional

Dr Brown and his staff are absolutely the best. My 13yo went in for contacts for the first time. Dr Brown was professional, patient, informative, and his staff was helpful and kind. Definitely recommend this place!

I dealt with Rashonda on Friday February 22, 2019. She was very rude and lacked good customer service. I have never had such unsatisfying service. I dont know if it was because the prescription came from childrens medical center in Dallas and not them or what, but it was horrible! I had also previously talked to her on the phone before I got there and she was rude than as well. If my 6 year old hadnt needed this done immediately so they could patch her eye...I would not have gotten her glasses there. We certainly wont be back to this location. Other Walmart vision centers have given me great service though.

There a good office they just dont know how the answer their phone

Dr. Lee I dont like her. She got mad because of my anxiety and she was being smartalec towards me about somethin bein bright. Then she wanted to give me a lowered prescription then what I need. I just dont like just my opinion

Ive bought several pairs of glasses there and have been very impressed with the customer service.They gone out of their way to repair damage ive caused to my glasses.once infomed me they were warranted through mfg and got me a new pair at no charge.Very happy with these people!

Very poor customer service. Have to wait forever and only one worker assisting for the whole. Have to stand until its your turn.
