I give your store 5 stores because Your People are both Helpful and Friendly. The Store itself and what it stocks SUCKS! Never have anything I wanted and youre Chip Aisle Really Sucks. Call Frito-Lay or something....Order more stock. I really hate going there. Get a New Manager or hire me so you will never get another review like this again. Im down grading you from 5 to 2 Stars. Thanks.
Their customer service is phenomenal. I sometimes have to go alone with my baby and they always offer to help me to my car. They always have what I am looking for. Even when busy I never have to wait more than 5 or so minutes to check out. Never thought I’d write a review for a grocery store but they deserve it!
The store is always clean, veggies are fresh, the staff is nice, and friendly. In addition, I have never had one issue pushing their Shopping Carts. 5 Stars.
I love this grocery store. They always have lots of new things to try. They stay stocked on the freshest foods to. And they always have such a cute seasonal section too. The grocery store is huge and its super pack on the weekends. Who knows you might run into someone you know. Its near restaurants, shopping centers, highways and so much more.

This hen store is Immaculate and the food is always fresh plus the restrooms are very clean.Most of all the store manager Joe was very helpful and understanding on assisting me on a question I had asked him,if I could I would rate this store a 12 ⭐️
I love this place. Everything you can want under one roof, grocery wise. One stop shop. Only problem is that parking is very congested no matter when you go.
I am very sad to share that me and my family went to this location on this morning and the cashier by the name of Hanna. Was extremely RUDE! She was very unprofessional, unpleasant and rude as I stated previously. She was literally ringing up my items and throwing them on the conveyor! She also was placing my canned goods in the bags by eights making the bags easy to tear and and very heavy to hold. I have not encountered someone so uncaring and when I ask her politely why was she throwing the items she rolled her eyes at us and made very horrible gestures as if she did not want to be bothered. This type of treatment should not be tolerated at all. I believe Ms Hanna should be reprimanded about treating customers poorly and rude. It is not fair to come to our local grocery store and be treated this way. I am heartbroken truly because I wish that we could all get along in this world. My hopes is that she does this to no one else.

Worth the trip! I just moved from out of state and have tried 3 different stores to find what I need. Well apparently I even found some things I didn’t need 2 hours and $250 later. The pre packaged meals are really good and there are just unique items that you won’t find anywhere else. I bought a set of REALLY GOOD steak knives for $17. And the the health and beauty section is HUGE AND AMAZING. I may never need to go anywhere else, honestly.
Its always a pleasure to swing by HEB, whether Im running in and out to grab some medication or spending some time doing weekly shopping. There are plenty of registers for checkout and the store is always clean. Options upon options to purchase with plenty of hidden gems scattered through the aisles. Check it out!
I live over in Cedar Hill, went out for a car ride one day and stumbled across this little gem. I LOVE 💖 H·E·B 💖Clean store, great selection, nice fruit and vegetable area.
This HEB is amazing. All of their employees are helpful and very kind. I want to give a special note about Marissa. Ive gone through her isle a couple times and she is so nice. She even encouraged me to try HEB brand item and the next time I did. She was right, the HEB brand was better. Anyway Marissa does a great job and you all are lucky to have her on your team.
Seriously. This store is the best. This location is slightly larger than some others. Great selection of all sorts of items. Has a good selection of different seasonal items always too. The quality is always great. Prices are amazing.
I love HEB!!!Their produce is so fresh, the seasoned meats are so delicious. The variety is excellent.The only thing I did not find was Dr. Pepper zero.But definitely worth my drive from Irving to shop there.

HEB holds the Nobel Prize for grocery stores (I cant remember where I read that!). We love their Meal Simple prepared meals and so many other things that are only available at HEB. The only problem is that I live 50 miles from the closest HEB, so I have to plan special trips to stock up. No problem, though. Its worth it. If youve ever shopped at HEB, you know its true! Ill see you there!

One of my all-time favorite grocery stores. Love this place for their fresh produce, meat, bakery products. Always what you need on the shelves and very friendly employees. We moved an hour away 6 months ago but still plan HEB shopping into our trip when we go to Waxahachie. Wish they would come down to Cedar Creek Lake area.

Great grocery store! It just gets SO busy during peak hours that sometimes I avoid it... holidays, weekends, and anytime the parking lot just looks too full. They always have all the registers open (unlike Wal-Mart) and the staff moves quickly. They just get too packed to be convenient sometimes.
Best mozzarella sticks in any grocery store! The sushi is really good too. I love this store. Really high quality food items and great customer service.

Went here to get the Flu vaccine after scheduling an appointment. After going up to the counter to let them know i have an appointment the lady declined to assist me and let me get the vaccine saying they can not just open a vile for just one person. I do know what kind of pharmacy staff they have here but it’s absolutely horrible. I literally had to go next door to wal mart to get the vaccine and wal mart had no issue what so ever to assist me. I was in and out quickly at wal mart and did not even have an appointment. So dont waste your time with this garbage of an HEB if they pharmacy staff is like this i can only imagine how the rest of the stores staff and management is. HEB corporate needs to come retrain this store and its employees

Although the store is showing its age, its still clean and offers a wide variety of products. The staff are very helpful and friendly.Its almost like theyve memorized where every item is in the store. So if you have a question about something just ask any of the employees.
The entire store had to many product holes and it looked like a third world country grocery store inside. Please tell your employees to stock up.Update. 7/31/21Went to buy meat to grill and the attendant at the meat department acted rude and basically said to come another day. I’m willing to spend money so you have a job and you treat people like that. This is why customers look at the competition.

While very crowded the associates did ask me if I needed help. We were there after 3pm on a Saturday and for some reason I didnt think it would be that busy.There were blocked isles and displays set up that blocked the flow of people. I was using a motorized cart due to an injury and ended up very frustrated.I will come back when Im able to walk.

Crowded. Very shady people are coming into the store lately. An older lady got her purse snatched out of her cart(I know her). So beware of your surroundings here.(Fair warning)Used to be a nice store, still is, but the out of town folks dont know how to behave themselves. Since this is literally the only H.E.B within a 20 mile radius. Im suspecting out of town folks and the growing population is not helping the area. Its a shame really. I avoid 77 as much as I can these days.

The H-E-B is an excellent H-E-B, all things considered. The partners are friendly and management is quick to address any issue quickly. This is the superior grocer in Waxahachie, hands down.

I love HEB. I always will. I drive 45 mins from Dallas just to shop at an HEB. I love the prices. The general attitude of the employees is fabulous. Its always clean and organized. I can always find what I need. Cant really complain about this location too much. Only thing I will say is every now and then there is a hiccup with curbside pick up where and item or two will be missing but I always get a refund for them.
HEB is like Buc cees which is like the Ritzs. In other words, great customer. When I went is was a mad house,labor day weekend. Unlike Walmart, all the checkout lanes were open and there was only 3 min wait to checkout.

I do not live in TX but I love H.E.B! This is a much smaller but very high traffic store. The layout is a cluster and product availability was not great. The main entrance smelled like a dead animal or rotted food.
Wife and I Visit HEB During the Week and always on the weekend. Been trying to use digital coupons with phone number for weeks now with no results. Cashier this past Wednesday finally told us that you have to use in store paper coupons or the app on your phone. The terminals at each register have not been in use for months now per this cashier. Kudos to her for letting us know and HEB please do better in the future for your loyal customers.

HEB is a fantastic grocery. They have wide selections of everything, the store is clean, and the workers are always polite and very pleasant.
It was okay I guess, but I was not impressed. I went to grab one item and to see what the hype was about since Im new to the area. I found what I went there for. Maybe if I required assistance or utilized particular services, I would have a more detailed opinion. I didnt see a lot of organic options and the overall appearance, cleanliness and feel was not high end. I prefer Market Street and Kroger Marketplace. This is not a store that I plan on visiting regularly as I do not understand the hype.
I like this store but one problem...EVERYBODY is catching on now!! Its packed now..The best time to go is EARLY. If you come in the evening prepare to be there awhile.
