Came into the place looking for a zero turn. Walked in and stood around for around 30 minutes. No help so I asked the guy at the rental desk for some help.He did great at assisting but they didnt have the mower I was looking for. So we asked about getting the mower from this guy in the office. We asked about getting two different mowers. He took two seconds to say no and walked off.I went and spent 4500 dollars elsewhere. If the owner sees this dont assume everyone is just looking around and dont just walk off from someone ready to buy.Knocked off a star for the bad service otherwise they have a great selection. The bad reviews are justified on here .
On the 8th of June 2019, I went to Landmark Equipment to purchase a riding lawn mower. The young man the helped was very professional, answered all of my questions, and the entire purchase took approximately 30 minutes from start to finish. The same young man delivered my mower that very same day within 30 minutes of purchase and took the time to instruct on its basic operation. Very knowledgeable company, and any future warranty work or repairs are performed on site.
Spent a lot of money with these people and they never let us down. They go out of their way to make sure we are taken care of. Their positive attitudes is part of the reason we always come back!

Find your user manual and fix it yourself - thats what I have been told. Seems simple enough except that the solution is not described in my manual...the tractor is brand new and its a reoccurring problem. Just tell you guys are loosing money on this tractor and Ill be on my way - but dont point me to a user manual with photo copies pictures and no solutions.
Like another reviewer customer service is severely lacking. I had purchased a Rhino batwing mower from them less than 2 years ago and thought I would use them again for a riding mower a couple of months ago. When I called for pricing all I received was poor attitude and sarcasm when I had questions about the mower I was looking at. Went with Sears for the mower instead. Jump ahead to now...needed to rent a lift for some work I was doing. Called a week ago and was told to call back a few days before needed and one would be available. Called today to pay and set up delivery and once again received sarcasm and attitude and told one wasnt available. Ok fine, that was the last chance I was going to give them. Made another call to a local equipment rental and lift would be made available and delivery set up. I wouldnt recommend using Landmark. Go somewhere else with better customer service.

Service department is a joke. And if you are going to buy inferior equipment (like I have learned they sell, aka Mahindra) you better have someone CLOSE who can work on it. Tractor has probably spent more time in their shop than running. Even when we get it back things don’t work. Guys can’t even tighten cables back on battery before returning.Go buy a quality piece of machinery with a good service department behind it. It will cost more up front, but will save you in the long run.
I stood around looking at chainsaws and nobody asked me if I needed any help. I kept looking at the guys in the store but they ignored me. Very weird that they are hired to be salesman and then ignore the customer. Must be family owned. Only family could get away with that.
