Not bad open at 7am. I got trailer but didnt really need damage ins. J I st extra fee charge. Trailer worked well. Would use again if needed.

Took time.to call and spoke with Call Center agent who assured me boxes and other supplies were available and the store was opened. 10 minutes later I was on stand found office dark. Called the resident manager and said Call Center assurances you were open. The manager lives on the other side of.the office UHaul! These resident managers are stealing from you and further tarnishing the UHaul brand.

Absolutely worthless staff. We had a financial hardship and communicated with the store accordingly. Wed been loyal customers for over a year and always paid early. We worked out a payment plan with the store manager, Bianca. Weeks later she called seeking payment because she hadnt recorded the conversation into her system (although she said she had during the previous conversation). Went back over previous conversation with her, she scoffed at the arrangement SHED approved. Additionally she went over late payment fees. A week after the second conversation we received ANOTHER call... and now the late fees wed discussed DOUBLED. Bianca and her staff obviously need to get it together. I wish the previous gentlemen were back. Additionally, the security gate at the front has never properly functioned. DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING.

Called in to get a truck was told that one would be available drove from Waco to waxahachie for nothing gave the truck to someone else didnt even apologize

I came in with a reservation for a storage was also supposed to be free because I rented a trailer to move. I was told they do not honor reservations and have no way to pull them up. They said they did have the unit so I said ok Ill take it I showed him my rental paper and told him it Should be free because of the trailer rental. The associate told me no its not because my rental was returned to the same location. I was charged when this was supposed to be free for the first month. The Money isnt the issue the issue is honoring the agreement or putting someone in place that knows what theyre doing.

Very busy location, at least the Saturday morning that I went. Great staff. Very helpful and polite. Helped me get my rental trailer hooked up and tested out for lights, etc.

I dont think insulting a customer even when you try to make it seem like a joke is the way to get repeat business.

Rented online. Went to pick up and no one there. No instructions on how to pick up your equipment. Glad we werent moving today. Not dependable at all.

Very helpful with my moving issues. The price was reasonable and they offer help loading and unloading for an additional charge. That saved a lot of time and effort.

Very good service

I had my household goods stored there for a yr. When I went one time to get something out, I was hit with the stench of mice & rats. There were droppings all around inside my unit. All my bedding, suitcases, and soft furniture were saturated with the stench. When I let the owners/managers know, they only responded with an email basically saying they keep things clean and it wasnt their fault. When looking all around the facility, there was not one mouse/rat trap outside like at other businesses all over TX. They had instead put the traps inside the units against the far wall. So now when the units are filled with various items, there is no way to get to those traps. Great thinking! Of course, at no time did they offer to give me any kind of discount on the $130/month I paid for a year. I ended up having to throw out a lot of my things because I could not get the smell out. This is just one of many negative things that happened to me with UHaul. BUYER BEWARE!

I THANK THEM FOR BEING COURTEOUS AND TAKING CARE AND WATCHFUL OF MY THINGS WHILE THEY WERE IN STORAGE. EVERYTHING I NEEDED FROM A MOVING VAN TO A STORAGE LOCK WAS AVAILABLE. THANKS UHAUL. Plz hit 👍 & leave a good eating. Bless all💕

I wish 0 stars was an option. This location is incredibly rude and incompetent. See the other reviews as well.If you have an option, find another U-Haul location to rent from. The management here DOES NOT CARE about you. Youll likely waste your time running around in circles, wasting half your day, and possibly still ending up having to drive to another location to pickup your U-Haul anyway.If you need a storage option, there is literally another Self Storage facility next door with excellent reviews since ... wait for it ... they are actually courteous and respectful. Its amazing how a company, with a competitor right next door, can treat customers so poorly.Do yourself a favor and save yourself a headache!

Worst storage place I have ever had. One they lost my reservation for a cheaper unit in a closer location. Bc we were staying with friends we have no choice to get the unit we got. Then was told we has to have insurance. Boxes do not last long here. Unit is not bug or pest free. They raised the pruce of the already sky high unit without notice. Then when I try to move my things. They have it blocked making it hard for people from a church(that are helping me get out of a bind) to get in with trailers. When asked if he could move the truck that has been there for a week. He told me you will just have to come back. Mind you I am trying not to have to pay another rent or them to lock my unit bc I really do not have tge extra money to wait or come back. I should be able to get my stuff out with no issues. When I asked him if he could call someone he said no. He then lied and said I am all alone today. I had seen another worker then saw her again when I walked out. Worst place ever. Do not use them. I hate liars and lazy people. They are both.

Id like to start by saying uhaul really let me and my family down in a huge way last night. Abandoned us on the side of i 35 in the middle of the night and basically stole our belongings temporarily. But I dont want to muddy the praise this local storage company deserves. After a night of pure hell and completely disrespectful treatment by uhaul roadside assistance this gentleman and his crew absolutely went above and beyond to let me know they cared about what I had gone through and that they were here to help me in any way they could. Thank you sir you saved the day.

This was the worst trailer rental experience I have ever experienced. I got a flat tire and was stuck on the side of the road with for 3 and half hours with my 8 month pregnant with and 2 toddler. After uhaul got the confirmation that the tire had been fixed they called to make sure. Thats when I asked if they had any way of allowing me to return at a later date because I had work at 7 am and no way I could unload and drop off. I was told by customer service that they would extend and I would not be charged. Days later I receive invoice for the rental return and was completely lied to about not being charged for it. I have been fight with them for 2 weeks now and they have the facts about everything. They are refusing to refund the money. This is highway robbery and just bad customer service.

DO NOT TRY TO RENT ANYTHING FROM THIS LOCATION! Three reservations in three weeks that they didnt have a record of. I have confirmation emails for every one but not them. This time they dont even have the trailer I need and they told me to drive thirty miles out of my way to get it. No apologies, NO HELPING THIER CUSTOMER, NOTHING! IDIOTS!!! I will be talking with uhaul corporate immediately. They probably wont care about it but bad business needs to be reported and monitored. One star rating because it wouldnt let me give them a negative number!

My husband and I moved from New Mexico to Waxahachie on short notice due to a job transfer. When we got to this location, their service is obviously so good they only had 5x10 storages left. We only had a couple of hours in the evening after 4pm to move our things into storage before they would close and before we had to return the Uhaul truck the next day. Rebecca, who was there at the time was an angel. She took the stress right out of a stressful situation. She helped us to find a very satisfactory solution that was very helpful and convenient using the 5x10’s. We really appreciate how she went above and beyond to accommodate our needs because traffic here at that hour is crazy, and had we tried to go to another location with such a short amount of time, we would’ve definitely been stuck in traffic, possibly not unloading our belongings in time before closing which would’ve caused us to turn the truck in late. I recommend will this location due to the convenience and awesome service they provide to their customers. I recommend Rebecca to run any business serving customers because she made the impossible possible. She was very courteous, understanding and knew what to do to make our moving experience flow smoothly. Truly one of a kind. I give her two BIG thumbs up!!!

This was the worst experience ever. I will never use uhaul storage units ever again. The communication sucks. 100% of the time all calls are forwarded to a service that is no help. Corporate cant even help you. U do not recommend this location or uhaul storage units to anyone. If you get in a bind forget about your things. Its like its set up for your failor. Impossible communication. Management are good people but thats not enough. Seriously I am like 500miles away and I cant make a payment because the slapped a few on my account that I dont owe and cant pay til they remove it.

Owner has a nasty attitude!! Was rude to the customers before me. Asked about my rental, was told I didnt have one, but to feel free to try hamburger haven, its 8 miles down the road. Not being from the area, I asked for an address. His comment 8 miles down the road now leave! I did, and promptly called in my complaint to UHaul. He apparently doesnt have customer service skills!

Only gave 1 star because 0 isnt an option. The customer service lady that answers the phone is a total b**c*. Just like all the other reviews, my rental wasnt there and I was told I had to drive 30 minutes away to pick up the truck if I want it. When I voiced my frustration I was told, if you dont like it, dont go pick it up. Awesome customer service right! This place is a joke!

Worst vehicles very unsafe they must use a terrible service department I moved with 4 of their trucks out of state. all vehicles had severe problems and where very unsafe.Trip 1 All the fuel ran out of the vehicle in the garage during loading, it had just been serviced I was told. They left the fuel line loose.The replacement vehicle died and had steering issues.Trip 2 Vehicle overheating and jumping all over the place.Trip 3 I mentioned the damage to the under skirting on the sides of the vehicle. She put an x on it with a marker but did not inspect behind it.1 hour into a 7 hour drive I have a blow out on the high way because the brackets that where hanging loose when the under skirting was damaged punctured the rear tire and exploded with terrible force. Luckily the back has 4 tires which probably saved me and other cars around me.The customer service is very poor at this location. I will not rent another uhaul and hope you do not either if you love your family.I also do not like the way they refer to their UHaul competition down the road. The Service experience with the other UHaul place in Waxahachie was excellent. Overall the worst customer service experience ever.

I returned my UHaul here and they had excellent customer service.

There isnt nearly enough space. With U-Haul trailers and trucks parked everywhere, its almost impossible to get a trailer full of stuff to a unit. Google maps also takes you to an appartment complex just behind the store so imagine trying to turn a truck and trailer around with tenants vehicles there.

Every time I come to this place around 7am they are never open!!!! When it says y’all are open at 7 it should be 7!!!! Not 7:01 7:02 or 7:03!!! I waited 15mins while someone was inside and was ignored. Never again.
