The manager helped me upgrade my phone & the whole process went very smoothly & efficiently. He was helpful & knowledgeable and didn’t try to up-sell me products that I didn’t need. He assisted me with some other plan features also.
Very happy with the customer service here. The store is very nice. I would definitely recommend this store over other AT&T stores in there area (particularly the one at Natick Mall).
Manager Trever was amazing! The nicest sales rep I have ever dealt with and overly helpful. During my wait I could here how overly helpful he was with an elderly woman even showing her how to text and what notifications meant! I couldn’t believe this level of customer service exists anymore. He deserves a raise for sure!
He is very well versed in telephones and their problems. I was with him approximately 7 hours while he tried to unlock my phone to at least download my contacts and family photos. I ended with a new phone where he programmed it. He is calming, funny and quite knowledgeable. I certainly will not hesitate to go to him again.
Abigail Given was truly helpful and pleasant in assisting me and my daughter in picking out a new case for her iPhone 6. She was very friendly, sincere and knowledgeable. Abby made the experience easy and enjoyable. She also helped tremendously in expertly applying 2 new temper glass guards for our phone. Very, very good experience!!!
Really glad that this locale exists and offers an alternative to going to the mall. Mike was great and I’ll continue to support having a Wayland storefront.
Trevor was most helpful as I am considering purchasing an iPad and possibly an iPhone. He also reviewed my AT&T and my Directv bills. He assisted in making more space on my phone by deleting unnecessary data. All-in-all a very pleasant experience

What a great service I received couldn’t be better
I went to ATT wayland store on Sunday July 7th and I found two young employees that didnt know how to treat customers. I came with new Sumsung 8s that I purchased (not from ATT) to Wayland store to get a nano SIM card. The phone worked once in the store and when I went home I realized that the phone is not able to connect to the network. I call the store and the guy was not willing to provide any information since the phone was not purchased from ATT. He asked me to look at the APN setting. I examine phone and found that all the setting that I have are the same as ATT posting in its website. I went to store a gain and I asked for some help but the two ATT employees refused to provide any help. Thay just checked that the SIM card is good. The young lady raised her voice and the other employee threaten me to call the police. During all my conversation with them I was just asking them as a ATT customer to look at the phone and they refused. I think someone from ATT needs to send these guys to a training class to learn how to treat customers. I am sure that ATT wont be happy to learn that I am willing to switch to Verizon after so many years as ATT customer and I have 4 lines.
I went in looking for a Iphone 7 plus. When they didnt have the one with the memory size I wanted, I asked if I could order it online and bring it in for help getting set up. Instead of saying sure, Mike told me he wouldnt be able to help me as they were always very busy. Of course, the store was dead empty except for me. So many ways that could have been handled differently and I would have left a satisfied customer. Ive always had exceptional service at ATT stores with this exception.
The associate was very helpful and figured out and solved some issues in transferring my number due to lacking information on my side. Thank you!
Horrible service and they do not know how to calculate your future phone bill after you buy their deals. My phone bill has increased significantly since their buy one get one free deal.
