Hi everyone I recently left a review that did not correctly reflect the experience I received at WAYNE MAZDA SERVICE. I live in NYC and travel to WAYNE to have my vehicle serviced. Why? Today I went to Mazda and Wayne New Jersey to have my seat covers put on and the man at the counter reminded me about the routine service everyone is super kind and courteous at Wayne Mazda I had the best customer service experience that I ever had any dealership. And Hyundai in Paramus is super awesome great customer service as well. The facility was super clean very relaxing atmosphere. I would personally like to thank the entire staff at Wayne Mazda. I would personally recommend anyone looking for a vehicle in the local area from Morris county all the way down to Wayne and local towns around Wayne to go to Wayne Mazda awesome service

Got me in and out quick even took care of my recall which wasnt scheduled, A #1 dealership.....

Service is good, the wait is ridiculous. Simple oil change had me waiting for over 3 hours.

I purchased a car from here. Since I purchased the car, I also had basical maintenance done. To my surprise, oil changes were free; always free, since I purchased the car with them. The service department is the fastest Ive ever dealt with. I have a Dodge and considering my Dodge dealership on 46 has horrible customer service and no respect for any of the vehicles that go on for service, I will now bring that car here too for maintenance.Bonus points: the employees are friendly, they try and make you as comfortable as they can as you wait for your vehicle and they constantly communicate.

They say complimentary oil change and car wash but you have to wait 3 hours for a car wash. Didnt enjoy wasting my day off just to wait for a dang car wash

They try to sell you Mercedes in Mazda store...
