Good selection but no employees to help whatsoever. Never more than one register open so you are waiting forever to check out. In my most recent trip, I just left all of my stuff and walked out because of the poor basic management of running this location.

Quite a variety of merchandise. However you must know your prices I order to benefit. The cashier that we had was more concerned with looking at her watch to see what time she got off. Not helpful at all and somewhat rude. The manager was good and helpful.

The store itself has great inventory and affordable prices. But service for pickup of Online orders is not so great. I choose the curbside pickup option because it was raining. I waited over a half hour and still no one came out with my order. I called over 5 times and no answer. I had to come out of my vehicle and go to the pickup counter even then no one was available and had to wait additional time for my order. I will hesitate before I order online again

If you.need anything to decorate or make your home or.apt look better they have it all in home decor.

Love this store. A mix between tjmaxx, home goods, bed bath & beyond. And probably more. The same items are limited if looking for duplicates. But there are so many different planter pots, baskets, wall decor (organized by room/use too!!!), cushions, chairs. Everything. So happy to have found this store.

Very big selection on almost everything for the home. We were looking for bar stools which we purchased, it seems like some of the furniture are slightly scratched or dents probably from the manufacturer...cashier was very friendly.

Angel is a great asset to the company customer friendly his area was well kept and he knew his stuff and tall young lady at register was helpful.

Bad bad customer service. First day went inside the store needed help with two items no one was there other than the people on register. Second day ordered online they sent me a message after few hours that the order is ready for pick up went waited outside for over 30 mins called them 5 times each time the lady who picked up sounded clueless and said they are getting your order and bringing you..Worst curbside pickup and bad bad customer service.

I visited this store today with my family and it was worth the trip! There is so much stuff and in abundance and its at good prices. They are more pricey than And That, but its better quality products for sure. I will DEFINITELY be shopping here again!

If you cant find it here, you cant find it ANYWHERE! This place is amazing but beware, it is a bit overwhelming. Make sure you have PLENTY of time for browsing - just too much to see. A great place for the new homeowner, or if you just want to freshen up your current look.

Rude employees, store seems understaffed. All sections were disorganized and dirty. Asked for employee assistance, but no one was available.

Looking for pillow shams, there are none . Disappointed about that fact.I did find a most adorable pillow. This is the place to go for decorative pillows at great prices. At this time there are some leftover Christmas items. Valentines Day, St. Patricks Day and Easter decorations are also available at this time.

Employees need to do better to enforce mask mandates for customers. There were 2 women checking out today at the register masks down, eating and licking their fingers then touching the counter and touch pad to pay for the purchase. Nevermind Covid, thats pretty gross in general. I understand you cannot control everyone but you could have asked them to wait until they left store. If you say youre going to provide a safe shopping experience, enforce it. I feel bad for anyone that used that after them. Doubt it was sanatized after.

Great store to find anything for your home. Decorations, pillows, outdoor furniture, lanterns, desk, chairs, house silverware, lamps, and much more.

Store has an excellent Christmas selection, that gets 5 Stars but this is quite possibly the messiest store I have ever been in and the staff is beyond rude. I shouldnt have to climb over items in aisles to get to where I have to go. Such a shame because the store has great stuff for an excellent price. But the messiness and the staff make me not want to go back. Just shop on the online store!

How did this home store escape me for so long...Recently discovered the must visit home store.Limitless aisles filled with home decor. I cant imagine anyone coming out empty handed. Stop in! No regrets on buying a few things .

Favorite home decor shop!

The front entrance of the store needed to be clean. There was an overflowing trash can with a bunch of trash on the floor. The shelves were well stocked but it was a bit disorganized and no employees on the floor to help you with anything. Maybe they need to hire more employees because there was only one cashier checking ppl out and the line was really long and it doesn’t help that she (cashier) wasn’t really friendly. Over all they have really nice things for the home at affordable prices, but the store could be better!! I like that they had disinfecting spray for the carts since the whole Covid-19 is going on

Omgosh I love atHome! You can spend hours looking at everything and still miss something. This is the only AtHome that I know of and its so big with soo much variety. I went late in the evening in saturday and it was a bit messy, but most of the time its neat and orderly.

My girlfriend and I love this place. Pier 1 type styles at the price of Homegoods. Set a budget though! We dropped 400$ our first time over the course of 4 hours. Definitely need to check stuff for damage and a few things are tacky but its much more good stuff than bad.

Alot of pillows, lamps, chairs and home decor . If you are looking for furniture sets, couches, dining tables, bed, they dont have these staff . Average prices

The workers at this store are great, the managers ? Not so much. Bless Nina’s heart for always striving to give the best customer service she can. I just tried to check out with my At Home credit card and the system was giving her issues with my transaction. Nina called over Marie who not only wanted a reason over the walkie talkie On why she needed to go over, but also came with a huge attitude and ultimately did not want to help. Completely dismissed me in 5 seconds and walked away. Incredibly rude, incredibly unprofessional. Thankfully, Nina kept trying and we finally were able to get my payment through. Maybe Nina should be the manager and Marie should find another career path.

First time here, it reminds me of a company call linens and things. This place is very thrown together. The staff are nice but well try to run away from you, which I can understand given the type of department and its layout.

This place rocks. All kinds of home decor from mirrors to coffee tables, then from wall clocks to kitchen utensils.

Its a very gd store you can find nice things for chrmax and for house items.

Great place to shop. Browsing through the aisles you can find many different things baby looking for. From holiday decorations to home. Many items for the bath kitchen some small furniture pieces such as plant stands, etc

I went in the store for curtains that was told by a customer service rep. was in stock. At 1:30 pm, I arrive at the store the line is long, going out queue area with two cashiers. I saw a supervisor, I explained to him my situation and he stated it might say we have it in stock online but if it’s not on the floor we don’t have it. As I walked around the store, there was no employees to assist you with anything. If I could give it a 0 star I would. Drove 40 mins there for nothing !!! 🤬🤬🤬

Variety of goods and stuff useful for home

Great store. This store easily beats out a place like Home Goods, which we really enjoyed prior to finding At Home. The sheer volume of holiday items is astounding. Everything from indoor furniture to outside seating, cushions, novelties, lights, candles, you name it they have it. Nice displays for Halloween and Christmas. On all of our visits the staff has been very friendly and helpful.

Very unfriendly and rude staff. The girl at register had earbuds on her and dancing while checking me out.

It was horrible.they are out of alot of stuff also there prices are real high.there sales are red tag you will never found it only the real junk is on sales. They raised there prices on average things.things you can get anywere for alot less.

Love this place! I was searching forever for a specific lantern online images and after days of searching I finally found a similar lantern. I couldn’t purchase online so I figured I would take the 25 minute drive. The place did not disappoint and worth the drive. I am a regular at home goods and wanted something more. It had aisle and aisle of lanterns, decor, etc.... I was pressed on time so spent an hour here but could have spent more time. I think I did well I was able to browse halff the store at least for what I really was interested in. . Anyway I found what I was looking for and purchased another item so was happy. Next time I will plan to spend more time in the area. Some items are I think a little overpriced but some priced fairly. I don’t mind if I really love the item and there were unique things here. There is also a Burlington Coat factory and mall right there so will plan on a day I can do more shopping

Furniture advertised online was more expensive in the store, and when asking before making the purchase, manager responded with “we don’t price match” (even though it was the stores own website); she was super dismissive and rude. A ~massive~ selection of very reasonably priced home-y goods as well as seasonal items. My wife and I always enjoy it greatly.

Had the worst customer experience at the store in Wayne, NJ. Not to mention it was a mess. I went to return a couch cover that when I brought it home it did not fit properly. Upon returning it to the store I was told that they could not take it back due to the fact that it was opened and that you could not return open items. When I asked to speak to a manager the woman at the register answered me with an attitude I am the manager. I explained to her what happened and she told me that I should have measured my couch before opening the package. I have never had an issue with returning something that I had opened that I did not like. I will never shop there again.

Mattress was damaged, and i have a small car that cannot fit. They said i have to bring it back.!!!

I couldnt believe the shear amount of home furnishings in this place. Its in the old Todays Man location. I do not remember that store being this big. If your looking for ay home decor, you be hard pressed not to find something of your specfic taste in here. It reminds me of a sort of warehouse, 10-12 shelving packed with every variety of everything. The prices were pretty reasonable from what I could tell.

I give this store a 5 star. Beautiful ideas to decorate your house. It is an enormous store for you to be there almost the whole day. Mind blowing of so many things. I am planning to go back there and take my time. This is a type of Warehouse with everything you want. The girl that works there helped me with a heavy ornament and she took it to the front register for me to pay. Then they called a person to put it in my car. They are very helpful!!! I was very satisfied with the service. Now this is my new store to shop.

As a customer who shops at bed bath and beyond and home goods all the time, this store is great because they have everything plus more in one mega store at such AMAZING prices...however, I can’t give it a 5 star rating unfortunately because of the customer service. My first time in, I had a huge 8 x 10 rug in a small cart by myself trying to hold and push the cart at the same time, making it clear that I was struggling (adding in, that I am a small 5 foot girl who is very clearly pregnant) and every single employee I passed watched me walk by and continued talking to another employee, didn’t even ask if I (the customer) needed help. Another trip I made in the store, I walked passed the register girl who I didn’t know at the moment was the register girl because she was dressed in normal clothing and I stood right behind her waiting for someone to help me at the register, nothing for 10 minutes, I then had to proceed to go find somebody to help me, while the girl who should have been at register was too busy fighting with another employee...I’ve never seen a store with NOBODY at the registers or a worker right next to the register totally ignoring the customer, it’s not like I was going anywhere else, it was clear I could only go to the register or out of the store, which is also poor service at that point because anybody could have just taken a cart full of unpaid items and walked right out.

Store was too messy to enjoy the shopping experience.

While this is a great store and I love going through the aisles and finding a bunch of stuff I don’t need but I buy anyways, the higher management needs to concern themselves with who they put on the registers. Each time I’ve been was an unpleasant transaction and this last time I was even ignored. I’ve worked retail and the person at the register can really make or break your entire experience. I wasn’t asked if I wanted to join the mailing list, and when I asked if it is free, he disregarded me and never offered to sign me up. No friendliness and working in retail especially at the register, you should have plenty.
