My experience working with Linda Davidson at Ethan Allen was an excellent one. She was very patient with me as we went through several options. She really let my tastes & preferences shine through, and knew exactly where to redirect on colors, fabrics, & bringing pieces together. I was 100% pleased with the outcome of the rooms that were designed! I feel that although I knew the look I was going for, I could not have brought it together without her! I am happy I have furniture that we will love for years!

Love my new couch! The color and seating is terrific and the delivery men were very professional and helpful moving the other furniture in the living room to fit the couch in place.

Love our new couch! It is comfortable and the material feels great. I did not give it all five because of the delivery; It was not the timeliest. I just love it, it is such a discreetly sophisticated piece that it can easily go well with most decor style. Worthwhile purchase

From the designer to the delivery men, everything was great.! The designer took everything that I shared with her to a different level. She really took her time and pick the fabrics and the different styles that made my experience easy to decide what would look beautiful in my home. Now, the men that did the delivery treated the furniture like it was there own. I am so happy with the finish outcome. My living and dining rooms look fabulous!! I have been shopping at Ethan Allen for over 30 years!! I am so thankful for their quality furniture!! Ive recommended Ethan Allen to all my family and friends! After hunting for a piece of furniture for my foyer, I found the perfect cabinet at the Wayne, NJ store. Susan assisted with my color and style choice and Paula facilitated the purchase. Very enjoyable experience and so happy with the result. I will be going back soon.

Replacing two couches that are a focal point of a living room is not an easy task in my opinion Sandra Dillon provided much needed design guidance based on what we discussed about the room. Her product knowledge is outstanding, In addition I had a special delivery request which she was able to graciously honor. She now has a loyal customer. When it come to the delivery of the couches I was blown away by the personal attention. care and graciousness of the delivery team. Again based on this phenomenal customer service returning to the Wayne Ethan Allen for my other furniture needs and working with Sandra is definitely in my future!

Pat did our entire house and we loved working with her . She is highly passionate about her ideas and will go out of her way to make sure the product looks close to how you dream it . We get so many compliments on the way our family room came together with the wall paper panels touching the roof to enhance the look .

My husband and I were looking for assistance with blinds for our family room and living room windows, and sliding glass door. We decided to go to Ethan Allen since we have purchased furniture in the past and have been very pleased with their service and furniture. We had the pleasure of being assisted by Sandra Dillon who helped us for approximately two months while we decided on the type of blinds and colors. I highly recommend Sandra as she is extremely knowledgeable and provided us with outstanding customer service. Sandra came to our home to see the windows and sliding glass door to determine the best options. She then returned when the Hunter Douglas blinds were installed to ensure that all went smoothly. Ethan Allen is our go to for quality furniture with custom upholstery. We have been shopping at this location for almost 30 years.Sandra Dillon is our current designer. She has been very patient ( and talented) with us. I think it took me 5 trips to decide on our new sofa. She didn’t bat an eye.... just gave me a big smile, each time I visited.She also helped a bunch in choosing fabric for a sofa we are having redone for a different room.We also shopped different high end stores but in the end, Ethan Allen was the better choice for us.

I just purchased an apartment and needed help decorating it. The service at the Ethan Allen was phenomenal! They were able to interpret exactly what I wanted into the design of all the different rooms. The staff was really great! I would most definitely recommend this location for all of your furniture and decorating needs!

Stopped by Wayne location and Susan K was very friendly and helpful. She sold my husband and me a beautiful new dining room table. She kept in touch after our initial visit and offered an in home consultation. She made some great recommendations and furnished our living and dining rooms. A year later and Susan still texts me about items that I might like. She is amazing and a great asset to Ethan Allen!

My wife and I had an outstanding experience with our designer, Sandra Dillon. Sandra was the consummate professional with the patience of a Saint. My wife and I were somewhat unsure of the direction we were going to take in our new residence.Sandra spent an inordinate amount of time helping us coordinate all the elements needed. Her color coordination and her design concepts resulted in a decorators showplace. We have gotten numerous compliments on our finished product. After several conversations with extremely RUDE and unhelpful staff at the Wayne store I called the corporate office to register a complaint. What I found was that the attitude comes from the top. If you are looking for design help or advise of any type you would do better to go to walmart. No one seemed to be interested in the treatment I received or apologized for the responses I received. I will NEVER SHOP at this store again. Good Luck

Awful customer service. Quality does not math the high price and it will take over 1 year to resolve any issues due to poor communication with customers after a purchase.

My fiancé and I just purchaced our first house together. We shopped around a bit before coming to Ethan Allen to select furniture to furnish our new place and to add to our list of wedding registies. We are so lucky we did! We had Pat as our sales rep., she truly took her time to listen to us and helped us with the vision we had for our new home. The quality of Ethan Allen furniture is unparalled and Pat knew so much about interior desgin and all the different items they carried. We are thrilled and highly recommend any couple shopping around to ask for Pat!

The service manager of this franchise, Joe Esposito, does not abide by his own companys warranty. We could have bought the same table for the same price online, bought the table from his store in order to give the saleswoman commission.We bought a dining room table on clearance from this store, but after the table stained after one meal at the table, we were concerned. Mr. Esposito, was nice enough to send out a technician to clean the table after we were unable to get the stains out on our own.The technician who came to clean the table warned us that this table appeared not to be sealed properly and would continue to stain; needless to say, we were very upset. He told us and Ethan Allen in his report that the only solution would be to refinish the table in order to block future stains. He also said that this was a manufacturing defect and that Ethan Allen should pay for this refinishing.First, Ethan Allen claimed that our table was purchased as-is and that they had no responsibility to the manufacturing defects. They quickly backtracked on that claim, as nowhere on our paperwork were the words as-is and we were never told that before we purchased the table.After backing off their initial as-is claims, they still refused to do anything to help us in refinishing the table, as they claimed that the stains on our table were due to neglect of the table. Ethan Allen refused to take any responsibility for the lack of proper sealant on the table. Each and every time weve eaten at the table, there have been stains left, even though we wipe down the table per Ethan Allens recommended care instructions. This shows an obvious problem with the table, rather than our care of it.Long story, short: Ethan Allen sold us a dining room table with a shoddy finish (that multiple furniture experts have confirmed) and refuses to do anything about it. Ethan Allen Corporate does not offer any support or assistance and they yield to the arbitrary decisions of the stores service manager.

Horrible service, Susan was rude and definitely lost a potential customer. Had my eye on a table and wouldve bought it. I believe it has to do with us looking young and being Hispanic. Super mad about their service.
