You know, it is absolutely true: better to see it in flesh (and maybe even touch it) once than see it online. I am not talking about dresses/coats/shoes/etc. Even just understanding the gadgets that are available at the store, along with assistance and explanations from the sales crew is eye-opening. No kidding. If you are into fancy, digitized, extra modern staff - just visit the store. Theres probably 0.01% of all available items from Amazon.com but its worth checking it out.

Great store with a well diversified mix of item categories to choose from. It takes some of the pressure off purchasing knowing that everything in the store is highly rated.

Went to the store at Willowbrook to make a return this week and was told their internet was down and could not help. Went back today, Tuesday, October 12th and was told the same thing. I asked if it was just their store in Willowbrook and they said yes. Couldnt help me with my return. Calling the store directly wasnt fun! Many options to press to see if they can take returns today so I just showed up and no luck.

Interesting store. Items within the store are items which have received 4-5 star ratings on Amazon, in cooking, pets, books, toys, candles, electronics, etc. Worth a look, I almost always find something under $20 to buy.

I like amazon alot you can order just about anything. I tell anybody to use amazon and there delivery is great.

Very nice place. Very organized, silent place. Employees are friendly. Most collections are books. I went to return back of of my purchase item. They greet me so nicely, I like it. I suggest to visit the store at least one time, to observe by yourself. Hope that like it.

A culmination of various random highly rated items that are sold on Amazon. Always something new to just see. Almost like a collection then a store and I love it.

Great space to book shop.

I was asked at checkout if I wanted to use the card I have on file for online purchases. I agreed and didnt even need to use the pin pad. At home, reviewing my receipt, I saw I had been signed up for a free month of a Audible service, after which I would be charged a yearly fee of over $100. I had not been asked, and certainly had not agreed, to allowing this service to be added to my bill. I felt ripped off, and will certainly not be shopping at this store again.

Was really looking forward to this store but found it very underwhelming. Its a hodge podge of random items with 4-star and up ratings on Amazon. It seems largely geared towards kids & students.There are electronic offerings: largely the Alexa family of devices.They really need a larger store space. The old Sears space has been sitting there unused for over a year - if they move the store into that space they could vastly expand their offerings to include TVs, appliances, furniture, and more.Sadly this location - the old Microsoft store - is too small and limited a space to accomplish what I think they want to do with this space.
