Horrible horrible service I went to the store on October 8 of 2021 and purchased clothings for my next Day vacation. On the day of my trip I realized the security tag is still attached to the shirt. I had to drive 45 minutes to the mall and back 45 min to my house while I had a flight that evening! It was so stressful, I spoke to the manager who is a gentleman and explain to him the The hassle of going back-and-forth and he did not do anything to accommodate. His exact words were ”I can’t do anything” They definitely lost a client. The experience that I had with this store I will never forget and won’t go back to them for sure!!

The people who work here are truly so unpleasant and rude. they are never not looking at their phones, even when you speak to them. they don’t even acknowledge that you are in the store and, God forbid, you ask for something or need help...it’s truly a HUGE inconvenience for them to look away from their phone. i was in there today, processing a return where the sales associate was ON HER PHONE for the whole process. disgraceful

Horrible experience, I’m a formal store manager for this company and I went into the store making a return and the associate Nasir couldn’t do my return I had all tags and receipt . I spent over $500 and can’t get my money back . The company definitely needs to consider additional training and enforcement with there store staff so customers like myself don’t have a horrible store experience. Also the store manager Dimond was rude herself . This company is not the one I used to work for, .

I enjoy shopping at this place. They carry a lot of streetwear for both men and women. Lots of shirts, jackets, pants, sneakers, graphic tees, accessories, ect. They seem to always have a new selection every time I visit. Fair prices and they usually have some kind of sale. As long as they have clothes I like, Ill keep shopping here.
