Gentleman who administered my vaccine did great and the store was clean and smelled good.

Pharmacy has a few nice people but they send text that my script is ready and when I go to pick them up they say Im to early.wow I am moving all of my scripts to more qualified people.

I find myself shopping here more often than not. They actually have some good deals. The pharmacy department is very nice and helps me out alot. Staff is friendly and respectful. Some items are high but coupons are your best friend here. Love this rite aid.

Great place to shop associates are friendly store is clean counters are well stocked . I always get greeted coming in and leaving my scripts are always on time

If I could give zero Stars I would the pharmacist at the Wayne store thats black with a accent is unthinkable. She needs to be fired rite aid need to pick better pharmacist shes very nasty, very rude and one day she will cause rite aid to have a lawsuit brought up against them

Was up there picking up some items and notice a lady helping an older lady today as I was in line and when she came back in and grab your items I asked the cashier if that lady could cut in front of me and she flat out told me no and made the lady go to the back of the line very classy I see no good deed goes unpunished at this location

This pharmacy has a new pharmacist and she is the BEST! She is the most professional and kindest pharmacist they have had in there ever. She would get 10 stars!!! She calls me by name.... that is so rare in todays world. The only reason i didnt give this place 5 stars is the computer script system sucks... one month it reminds me to pick up my scripts... the next month it doesnt. Also....I am 60 I shouldnt have to show you my ID to purchase wine. A minimum of common sense says I am not 21.

Quick and convenient. Not a huge selection and definitely not the cheapest prices. Most of the staff have been pleasant with the exception of the pharmacist. However, this is a great place to get nice greeting cards and gift cards.

Omg I love when Angelina is their, everytime I come in she smiles and greets nicely and make sure she can be of service which I absolutely appreciate!

They have recently remodeled and have a different floor layout the store is nice and clean. All of the attendants are very pleasant and attentive. The pharmacy is fast and most of the time very pleasant.

This pharmacy has THE WORST customer service Ive ever experienced. Rude and not helpful whatsoever. Had to come back 3 different times to pickup a prescription because they forgot to get everything sent through to my insurance company. The comments that came out of these peoples mouths were ridiculous. Working in customer service over 10 years I cant believe this is the type of employee Rite Aid hires. Shame on these people

This is the worst rite aid pharmacy looking for a new pharmacy prescriptions are never ready cutomer service is horrible maybe staff under paid an doesnt care no eye contact everyone is always angry. I work in health care customer service is number one our employees goes through customer service classes for 3-4weeks an this facility should be rated a 0. My doctor has called in my rx early am an i always give them 4 to 5hours before i pick up an never ready i am done with rite aid searching for a new pharmacy will be on the top of my list before my next refill the drive will be worth it for better cusromer service

Pharmacist is extremely unpleasant and unwilling to transfer prescriptions even after her own rudeness made it impossible to get my prescriptions filled there...I don’t want to deal with her so I will go to my local family owned pharmacy!

I will never go to this pharmacy again! I am moving all my prescriptions from this place. The 2 pharmist are nothing but rude hateful people! Was told 15/20 mins wait now I’ve been waiting over 45 mins you ask about it and they are rude as hell. I’ve never been treated so bad by a pharmist in my life!

I switched to this location from the westland store to avoid the lady that has accent .. Colored women. She makes alot of mistakes . and she works at the Wayne store. And she was to busy to fill my script ... Very unhappy

Price is little bit over priced. Their new floor plan is little bit weird but Im used to it now. Mostly chubby blonde lady is always rude.
