We went in for a varsity jacket in black with our school colors on the trim, he made the jacket in the school colors, not black. He told me that is what i wanted, when we went in to order it over two months ago all we talked about was black. He did not write it down and i should have known this. I am very unhappy, it is a beautiful jacket and my son will probably never wear it. He took no responsibility for the mistake.....

I got my varsity cheer jacket done here and the guy did an amazing job! He was able to do it in less than 4 weeks so i recommend this place for anyone who needs good and fast apparel.

We have been there several times for repairs and I had bought my wife a bag there.we also had a friend from south Jersey bring a coat up for repairs. The owner has always been cordial but extremely busy. He may come off as being a bit sharp but I dont think it is intended. He makes some of his own coats and bags and does a lot of work for local schools. I have found his work to be excellent and reasonably priced for what he does. There are very few places that do these type of repairs today

All I literally did was call this place and the man who answered some old non English person answered and I asked for a quick estimate he was very rude about how he cant give one unless I send photos I politely said ok no problem where do I send in the photos he just starts saying the email which was letters and numbers so I said please let me write this down one second and he started saying it back to me oh let me write this down as if he was making seem stupid for asking to write down the information I needed to give. I dont know their workmanship but if their attitude reflects their work I wouldnt trust them to throw away my garbage let alone fix my leather upholstery.

Quality work at a very reasonable price. I would strongly recommend this shop for any type of leather repair. Had a very old motorcycle jacket that the collar was falling apart and he was able to replace it and made it better than new. I was very pleased with his work and craftsmanship.

I requested a letterman’s jacket and he said 6-8 weeks. everytime he says 2 more weeks it ends up being two more weeks over and over.

Great alteration on fur coats. Had my mink coat shortened great job. Very pleased

DO NOT go here !! Man who helped me was VERY sarcastic and rude. Cut me off as I was asking a question and was extremely rude. Very unkind person, I was made to feel very uncomfortable. He is also overpriced and not willing to make his customers happy at all. Needed to explain one or two things about my handbag that i brought to him but he would NOT let me talk at all. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. :(

This guy yelled at my son for touching a balloon outside of his store then my mother dropped off my sons leather jacket to be fixed. She had just gotten out of the hospital from having surgery and asked me to go pick it up. I get there and he yells at me that its not ready and that he already said he would call when it was done. Well 20 minutes after this happens he calls my mom to say its done and makes her come pick it up instead of giving it to me. She had staples in her stomach and was home only one day. I told him what happened to her and that she asked me to come get it and he didnt care. He is an a$$&ole. I will never use him again and i will talk anyone out of going there.

Never picks up the phone, good quality work but takes too long to create. Time range never really accurate.

Very rude owner, will never go back there again,
