My insurance adjuster recommended Classic for paint damage on my truck. I was behind a head-on collision and the fluids from the impact showered the driver’s side, eventually eating hundred of spots through the clear coat and paint. It was a tough job but the final results were excellent. It looks like a new truck! The color match was on point. I highly recommend them!

My son had an accident and they did an amazing job on fixing his Jeep Wrangler. The owner came out and really listened and talked to us. He explained everything and when we got it back it looked amazing!! I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs body work or paint done. He also had to have stuff underneath fixed and they took care of it all. Their business is also very nice and very professional.

Initially when I spoke to receptionist I thought she was a bit brash, however, I realized after a few conversations that this small shop is constantly busy and she had to deal with people who feel entitled. She was very courteous and helpful. The Owner was also very helpful. The shop did a very good job with my car. I got my car the very next day after dropping it off. You cant even tell I was in an accident. Keep up the good work guys.

This group exceeded my expectations. My vehicle returned as good as new and customer service was 10/10. They worked with me to orchestrate a rental drop off and were very friendly.

So my friend had some car trouble, a piece hanging loose underneath and dragging, and the mechanics at R&M a few streets over told her they couldnt help since they dont have a lift. They directed her here.When I arrived to pick her up (assuming shed need to leave her car in the shop for the day, per usual) the guy was underneath the car examining the problem and said he could make a few quick adjustments to hold everything firmly in place. Five minutes later, he was done. Took a photo underneath, explained to her everything hed done. I asked the usual question then: So whats the damage?Both guys reply simultaneously, Dont worry about it.It was five minutes and a zip tie, the one guy says. Seriously, dont worry about it.So I figured Id pay them with this accurate review, at least. They seem like solid, hardworking fellows, and confident in what they do.

Scheduling repair was very easy with Classic Autobody & Paint (Waynesboro VA). They do a lot of business with the insurance company involved and led me through the process with clear instructions of what to do and when. My comment here is on their customer service skills -- which were friendly and efficient. The work has not yet been done, but I do expect that to be excellent as well.

When they repaired the damage to our car, it looked like new. No one can tell there was damage.

Had my car for a little over 2 months. I finally got it back and the back bumper is coming off already. Went back to the shop to get fixed. I was told that they would order the part to fix. This was 6/3/19. I called today 7/22/19 to find out whats going on. I never received a call to come get my bumper fixed. I was told I never came by and told them about it.well my phone has GPS tracking and it has tracked me every time I have went to there shop. I have tried to get a parts and labor list for them with no results, yo this day. My car was hit at the end of January. Did not get it out of the shop till the beginning of April. I had to get a lawyer just to get my car back. The lady at the desk is rude and and lazy.

Excellent customer service. They are known in the Valley for top quality car repairs.
