I went looking for a car with my daughter, was on the lot about 30 min looking at the cars. Not 1 person came out to see if we needed help. I preceded to go inside to ask questions. There were 2 women in the office sitting at their desks talking amongst themselves and I felt like I bothered them. When I asked if there was anyone to help us, I was told that gentleman that died that is helping another customer and she would send him out to us. We went back outside to look around some more. We walked right past the dealer and there was no acknowledgement. We stayed outside another 15 minutes and NO ONE came outside to help us.

The mechanic was very fair and the price was very reasonable. He was very nice and explained and showed me where and what was wrong and what needed done.

My son was visiting family in the area and needed service before safely driving his car. Referred by a friend, we were very fortunate Jason could fit him into their very busy Sat schedule. Reasonable, knowledgeable and efficient. We are so thankful ! We will be making the drive to J &M for our normal car maintenance! Thanks again!

I live in state college but these guys take great care of my 87 year old parents cars. I think youll do just fine with these guys. I believe they can be trusted not to take advantage of you. Knowledgeable, friendly....and BUSY....not the place to go if you need it done yesterday....but you can always try :) The car sales lot out front is separately owned and they are pretty good too if you need a car. FYI

Excellent friendly service. Jason, Mike and their crew are outstanding mechanics. They take their time and treat my vehicles like it was their own. My vehicles have always been serviced/fixed right the first time, which is a rare commodity these days. Since they are very busy, which is good, you may have to schedule an appointment a few weeks in advance.
