I love walking into one of these stores. They smell amazing! The employees are always helpful and friendly too.

Went there this evening for the 75% sale and I loved ALL the people working tonight!! They were friendly, helpful and shared in my excitement when I got some great deals! The young man at the register suggested a wallflower, which Ive never tried, told me the best fragrance go get and I love it!! Thank you guys!!!

I appreciate all of their COVID protocols the patient several months. I stopped in today and everyone was incredibly helpful, especially a woman on the floor with a flower mask, and Noah who both directed me to the right products and answered all of my questions!

Although the staff is super nice, the pep talk at the door when you walk in is extremely unnecessary. I have things to do, I don’t need a 3-5 minute lecture on how I need to shop. I’m a grown man in America, not China. Please remove the annoying door attendant

The manager or whomever was nice but the sales associate with the accent who was working register last night with dark hair, she’s incredibly rude and does her job poorly, customers do not know the information that you all do and some of us don’t shop there every day and this is where you take time to politely explain things not be a c**t when someone doesn’t know something, it’s YOUR job to inform customers of things they’re unaware of. She needs retraining or a new job where she doesn’t work with the public.
