Robin is amazing! My wife and I came in to browse Memorial Day specials while Robin, the only employee on the sales floor at the time, was ringing another customer up. She addressed us right away and got to us within 5 minutes of us being there. She guided us to their special diagnostic mattress to gauge what’s best for us and then presented us with the suggested mattresses based on the computers findings. After the first 2 mattresses, she could tell that my wife and I were just not vibing with what the computer spit out and guided us to what she thought would be best for us based on our feedback and preferences.We were blown away by the options. As customers continued to pour in, Robin gave us time to talk over the options (these were some killer deals on top rated mattresses so there was a lot to sift through!) as she attended others. We had a miserable experience with our last bed from Grand and swore to never go through that again but Robin made it a joy. Our bed is comfortable and beautiful delivery was smooth and timely by two very nice and efficient gentleman. We even had to make a last minute change after we got home and when we called she remembered us and had no issue helping us right over the phone. Trust me you will not be dissapointed!

Went to look at a new mattress and box spring and I have never bought a new bed before. The customer service was amazing! Greeted as we walked in, friendly, professional. Both workers the manager and the guy helping us went above and beyond! They helped us find the perfect match for us and it was such a great experience! I highly recommend everyone going to check them out when you need a new set! They went above and beyond for all customers that day!

Robin was very knowledgeable, professional and was neither pushy nor made us feel like we were taking too long to choose from several very comfortable mattresses. My wife also found her new favorite pillow, it was the one she used trying out all the mattresses that their system decided would be a good fit for us. Our new mattress was just delivered today, but I think we are going to be very satisfied. The delivery was also outstanding!

We were able to get more than we expected. Our sales lady was great. Ask for Robbin Stinespring.Update over the overall experience. Everyone was nice, but now I feel like I was scammed. Do not choose the West Creek option, if you want to build credit and make payments. We were told one price, and $124.46 a month for payments. We are now being told by West Creek we have to pay that every 2 weeks, and the final price of the loan will double the original price. The mattress was also very firm. It is like sleeping on a carpeted floor. Ill be returning my purchase and going somewhere else if they cant help fix this. Glad I kept all the paper work and emails. I can buy a cheap used truck, cheap bed, box spring, headboard and frame for the price I have to pay now.

Went to the Waynesboro store to buy a mattress set for a elderly family member on a fixed income. Not only did I get a great deal for the family member, but my wife and I ended up getting a set for us also. The store manager was fabulous. We are so happy with our purchase. If you are shopping for a mattress and want great customer service, go see Andrew at Mattress Warehouse!--------------------------------------We ordered a mattress 12/26/18. Andrew helped us select one. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Our mattress was to be delivered 12/29 and the delivery people were to call us 12/28 to give us the time frame to expect them.We hadnt heard from them by noon 12/29, so my partner called Andrew. Andrew checked into it and called my partner right back letting him know that the mattress was damaged, it was the only one they had in stock, and a new one would have to be made for us. We could expect to hear from the delivery people in 7-10 business days.While we were quite disappointed by this news and the fact that no one bothered to notify us, we understand that things happen.Here we are at Jan 16th, TWELVE business days later and we still have not heard one word from Andrew or the delivery people regarding our mattress. Were just about ready to cancel our order and go elsewhere.Given the lack of follow up, follow through and consideration, we really hesitate to recommend this store.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I went in looking to purchase mattresses for our bunk beds and wanting to stay in a certain price range. They offered me options in my desired price range and helped arrange the delivery and pick up of our oldmattresses. They also explained the warranty and delivery expectations in detail.

Robbin is the absolute best of the best! I purchased a bed over the phone and out of state for my mom and Robbin handled it like a champ. I was able to call her and tell her what I needed and she found the perfect bed for my mom. She worked with my price point and made this buying experience very pleasant. They staff at mattress warehouse specifically Robin was very helpful and we really appreciated her time spent and helped us select the correct mattress for us. We had an issue with the delivery folks who ripped the mattress on delivery. They ripped the mattress on the headboard and once I contacted the customer service to show them a picture and ask about our warranty they insisted on replacing the mattress everything got done and went off without a hitch. Service after the purchase is my Maine gauge on how a company operates and this one was outstanding.

My husband and I bought a Serta hybrid mattress 2 years ago. While the customer service is fine while purchasing, forget about the mattress warranty. There were 2 divots were we slept and our backs hurt so bad every morning, wed rather sleep on the couch. When we tried to turn in the warranty, they sent a 3rd party rep who spent the whole time talking about himself. And when we finally got a answer on the decision, we were denied, stating it has to be more than 1 1/2 divot, and they stated our mattress was in an incorrect frame. Well, we were told by the sales rep that putting the mattress and box spring on the floor was perfectly fine. The 3rd party rep maybe would have realized it was on the floor and the bed frame was just around the mattress for looks if he would have stopped taking long enough to do his job. So, just buyer beware. That great 10, 15, or 20 year warranty, is garbage. Just accept the fact that you will spend $1000-$3000 every few years on a new bed and they know this. Thats why they sell you on a useless warranty. We ultimately purchased a Purple mattress from their competition. So far we are happy. Time will tell.

Shopping for mattresses is a dreaded experience like shopping for a car, typically not fun and full of angst. But Sierra at Mattress Warehouse changed all that to an excellent experience. She was knowledgeable and led us to the best mattress for our sleeping style. It was no pressure but informative plus she worked with us on a fair price. We had quite the challenge -- the bed we ordered we did not like, so it was returned under the comfort guarantee. Then the next mattress had warranty problems, so Robbin arranged for a third-party company to do an assessment of the mattress and it was determined there was a problem.
