Lots of variety of shoes often. Yet sometimes year after year I feel like I see the same thing.I wish the selection of ladies sandals was better. I wish the boys shoe section had more choices with a tad bit better pricing.

They literally have no shoes my size anymore. And thats a shame because they used have a lot of shoes my size. Now theyre all gone. I cannot belive that happend.

Service is hit or miss. Recently we had a coupon for $20 off of $100. We ordered the shoes online but were unable to get the coupon to work online. Neither the store, nor customer service number would honor the coupon because we couldnt get it to work online.

Customer service was terrible. Had nothing under control, employee’s were rude fix this

This is a deceptively large, well maintained store with a very large selection. They have large sizes (anything 13 and above) and unique sizes (i.e 7.5) marked with big circles so you can quickly find them, which is wonderful for me because I wear a 15. I almost never find anything in my size, but they had 5 different size 15s there. I didnt see any 16s, so if you need those you might be out of luck. Only negative was that none of the employees checked in with me at any point, which I found strange considering it is a retail store with such a vast array of choices.

Lhad some nice shoes but i can get shoes that look just as goid and better and way cheaper on Amazon

Went to buy shoes signs everywhere buy one get one 50% off get. Well get to counter she rings up my shoes comes to 178.56 I ask why so much they are buy one get one 50% off .she looked confused and said no this one and couple others are not 50% off well the sign setting on says 50% off she well they are not. Very rude will not go back.they have had the the same shoes in there last 10 years never change up

They should match the price...Right next door had same shoes for $15 less.Lately, the staff NEVER attend anyone no more. Very leather smelly place too.

The management of this store especially the manager knows how to do run good business.Not only about the good price and the brand they selling but the good customer service of the staff .I ask for a exchange for the shoes that I bought that had a defect even I already wearing it for 3months . never ask me a receipt no question ask they just hand me a new pair . -)

As I walked in I wasn’t greeted the person that came in after me was ... I never received any help while in the store by anyone ... I walked around for about 20 mins I looked to see it the cashier was busy she wasn’t so I proceeded to walk out I never heard have a nice day or anything . WILL NOT get my money or sales ever again . Just Rude
