They need to have bathrooms cleaned and make sure that there are enough bathroom supplies. So that people dont get sick from COVID-19 situations.When visiting Sheetz for purchasing food, getting gas for cars, etc...Hope they do better in the future.

Shut the store down. Everytime I ordered something there is wrong. Simple order bacon, egg, and cheese on sub roll. Only eggs in sandwich. Then bacon sandwich, it came with no meat. WTH? Not that hard to make a sandwich. Not one time but Everytime. Shut the place down so I dont have to deal with it. Its not they make it wrong one time, but Everytime. Come on. I try to go to the fishersville store but I live down the road from this stupid store. One time I called curb side and they never bring it out, one time they microwaved my sandwich so long its not eadible. Now, so you just make a sandwich with nothing on it I never know weather the store have any common sense. Paying almost $4.00 and get a piece of bread. I get gas there so it is convinent, but, come on, fire the managers and get some people who can manage to work this store. I hope sheetz is not pay top wages for these bunch of incompetent managers. Oh, and the fountain drink station was a mess. No cup lids, no longe straws, liquid everywhere. This place is unreal. Its a mess.

Waited in line to checkout for 15 minutes, (only 2 customers in line in front of me). I was wondering what was taking so long but I realized the cashier Alisha was more worried about texting on her phone then taking care of the customers!

I have been using these stores since I was a kid. Spent lots of time in PA. Only time had to wait long on food they were slammed with customers. My wife and I now order from our phones fill up on gas food is there when you ask them to have it ready. Makes life smoother. Every convince counts.

We order here A LOT. I get theyre under staffed most the time, but would it kill you to get orders right? Some people wait 30-40 mins and orders were still wrong. Ive been missing items from my orders a few times these past few months but didnt notice til I got home, usually Fried items. Foods good, staffs usually friendly. Yall are becoming the only place open on third shift now, prepare for it.

Sheets is amazing theres never a wait for food. They are quick and efficient. They are really clean and always very nice

Every time I go here they are understaffed.. The line is super long and the employeed are laughing and talking and having a grand ol time while us customers wait forever to check out or for food. Also, I dont recommend any fried food from here because it tastes like they havent changed the grease in who knows how long? Theres a manager who works there named Alecia who is a total smart mouth when she runs cash register.. And dont worry about the long wait for food because you have all the entertainment you need while waiting, listening to her life story amd complain about doing her job.

I never write reviews, let alone bad ones, but this needs to be said. We waited 20 minutes for a simple order. It was missing our sauces and Mac and cheese. We had a biscuit with it and it was undercooked! Dough in my hands. The chicken was dry and the fries weren’t fresh. I will not be ordering food from here again.

Do not order food at this location. Waited 20 minutes for a burrito. The burrito was squished into a giant ball instead of being wrapped. The steak, rice, cheesy wrap, everything was ice cold. The worst food experience I have ever had at a Sheetz.

Do not order a milkshake from this place and expect to receive it any time soon! It’s taking so long I’m literally writing this post and haven’t gotten them yet

Bad service really bad service

This is my last stop at this sheetz I use to stop here and have lunch as I am in my vehicle for work most of the day it was a place with acess to outside tables now they are all cautioned off which makes no sence they are far enough apart this is the only sheetz from here to Lexington that has the tables blocked off.

Ash the cashier was very friendly and professional. This experience was tainted by ordering a sandwich and the employee having personal conversation talking about being drunk and having someone braid her hair and her dating life at the top of her lungs for the whole store to hear with her coworker Sierra. They took their time making orders and it took over 15min for the order to be made. There were 3 folks in front of me waiting and these girls had no sense of urgency. If you’re traveling and looking for a quick bite this is not the place.

Great place to grab gas and a quick snack or meal. They have a lot of choices and the prices arent bad. I was happy to see that they had drink options without dairy. The staff is always friendly. We almost always make this a stop when we travel through the area.

Sharon was hands down the nicest cashier I’ve ever seen at a gas station. She seriously did go above and beyond to make sure her customers had what they need. Trays to carry drinks. Spoons for food they may have needed it. I know this may be part of her job but that’s not usually the service you get at a gas station. Well done Sharon!! Hope she reads this.

First off let me say that I LOVE Sheetz! Being that its two blocks from my house it makes getting gas and food extremely convenient and other than being a little slow when everyone is getting food late at night this place is amazing.Tonight was the worst experience Ive ever had at any Sheetz ever. To be fair tonight was the Extravaganza and we expected there be a wait. A friend and I both placed orders only a few minutes apart. When it was about time for our orders to be picked up we headed out. As soon as we arrive my friends order was ready so I figured mine was about to come up because our orders were only placed a few minutes apart. I waited for about 10 min before I went up to where they bring the food out and showed a young lady my phone with my order information. She then told me I didnt need just the order number but also the items on the order. So I call my wife and she texts me a screenshot of the items. I went back to the counter and waited for five minutes while the same young lady avoided eye contact with me even though she came over about three different times.At that point I decided to go through the long line to talk to one of the cashiers. The cashier was super nice and took my order to the kiosk and put it in. So I stepped aside and waited. I assumed she was just expediting the process for me by remaking my order at the kiosk and then handing it straight off to someone so my food could be made. At this point the store has no less than 40 people in it because a baseball team came in on a bus. Every single person that came off that bus was served and I still had no food. So at this point I go back through the line and talk to another cashier. I ask about my order and my original cashier hands the cashier I was now talking to the ticket for my order. Then she proceeded to try to charge me again for an online order I already paid for. I tried to calmly explain I had already paid. She told me that the online order pick up area was by the food counter and that if it wasnt there someone had probably taken it (which I already assumed 20 minutes before). The cashier then immediately took my order over to someone in the kitchen and I had my food in about two minutes.We spent between 35-40 minutes waiting for a $9 food order. Then to top it all the food was not great.I understand this was an isolated incident and it was probably the busiest Ive ever seen any Sheetz but waiting that long for three food items is unacceptable.

Rudest manager I have ever met...bought $50 worth of snacks but she asked where the half pint of ice cream I had decided not to get, was in my other bag. Will not be returning

I rarely review any where but this place is killing me. Just recently moved right across the street from them so have had the unfortunate experience of this place being a quick meal option near by. I ordered a Mac and cheese platter with chicken strips on top amongst other things was charged $9 at the end of it all got back to my place opened it up and they literally gave me just 2 chicken strips nothing else at all. When I went back in the lady said she could reheat my strips and make the whole meal again. Then again but 3 days later went in ordered french toast sticks and they forgot every dipping sauce that they charge you $0.40 for. Forget this Sheetz whoever works in the kitchen is almost always completely incapable of reading a food ticket. You will over pay for terrible food then leave and realize they literally forgot every single part of the meal. If there was a 0 star option I would be clicking it.

Only sheetz that refuse international ID’s, so everyone start going to the 7/11’s they have better workers there. The only thing sheetz has is rude workers that think they be makin money by saying American government issued id’s when people be comin from all over the word, SO EVERYONE GO TO THE 7/11.

They discontinued frozen mint oreo cookies and cream. Im very disappointed about it because they had it last week now its gone you just lost 3 costumers.

Food was awesome and Sierra the cashier was very friendly and helpful. She deserves a raise!

The staff is unprofessional and more interested in clowning around then tending to clientele with their manager being the instigator.

Terrible service, abysmal customer support, and the Sheetz brand should be ashamed to have this store under their company name.
