Dont work at this place, you cant get paid. I worked at this place for 1 week a month ago and still have not got paid. All because Betty the HR rep. Refuses to mail my check to me.

Horrible Customer Service

Really on Mar 31st gas is $1.85 this is price gouging. Gas is going down everywhere else.

Have been going to BP consistently with my husband for cigarettes and premium gas in both vehicles for years. Really liked the staff and was thrilled it wasnt rough like the other gas stations in town. Absolutely love Pam and the other ladies.Sadly that has changed and they have hired terrible new staff members. Every time we have gone in the last two weeks the one new female staff members behavior has become nastier and nastier.I have not noticed her name tag but she a is large woman with long dark hair and a hatchet man  tattoo on her forearm (googled the symbol and its suppose to be a gang related, shocked BP would want their store represented by this) and she has been consistently ruder and ruder each visit we have had.Shes done so many rude nasty things I can list them1.)Rolls her eyes and raises her voice when asked to bag things 2.) Consistently slams and smashes any food purchases we make on the counter to the point they are completely squished and ruined when we leave, because she is mad to bag it.3.)Raises her voice and gets mad  if me and my husband speak to each other at counter will interupt us and try talking to him about something random (really wierd, like she wants attention).4.)She will not speak to me even if I am the one paying, she will completely ignore me the whole time and stare at my husband and only speak to him like shes waiting on him.5.) Always has sticky hands (like she doesnt wash them all day) we always have to wash items off when we get home because theyre so sticky and covered with goodness only knows what.6.) Consistently picks at and teases husband while he tries to use the credit card machine.7.) Blasts really innapropriate music on her phone at counter.The above is a list of behavior she exhibits any time we go in during the evening.Last night, October 25th (about 10pm), she took it to a new level. We pulled in parking lot and as soon as we were out of the car she started yelling stuff at my husband asking if he was there to see her. She blasted really trashy rap music on her phone at counter while she waited on us Then she rolled her eyes at me about my cigs. Proceeded to blatantly give me little wierd looks and poorly attempt as usual to make conversation with my husband. She began calling him darling and sweetheart during the exchange. When she saw me look at her and that I obviously didnt like it she immediately began saying it louder and at end of every sentence. Really trying to goad a reaction out of me. It was just trashy on a new level to be honest. Husband was pissed, he doesnt like her behavior towards me anymore than I do. He even said Ive been nothing but nice to her and he doesnt understand why she is So rude|hateful towards me unprovoked. He also expressed unhappiness with her behavior towards him, thinks she really scary. Also all of our stuff was sticky after she handled it, which was really gross because she had been doing trash. She was also obviously sick with a runny nose she kept wiping with her hands as she waited on is and touched all our stuff. Very gross and unprofessional.So we left for the night and will not continue to go there if BP keeps her employed. No one wants to deal with a crazy cashier with personal issues after a day of work.Its really sad BP is going to lose customers and business because they hired a rude bully with behavior issues. When I told this story to friends, who also use BP, they had similar complaints. Management should not let her be unsupervised when waiting on people. Her behavior is atrocious. She needs to have appropriate work behavior and hygiene explained to her by the manager.

The elderly lady working the register was entirely impatient with other customers and didn’t refund my purchase on gas when the pump never dispensed any. Never going here again.

Cash only, no regular fuel on a Friday night. What kind of monkey manages this dump?
