Found this on a road trip. There are deer in a pen out back with a small park. Nice place to sit & relax with an ice cream treat.

Awesome food and ice cream selection and quality. Laid back environment where you can relax outside while you eat. There’s a playground for the kids and also deer that you can hand feed. Definitely recommend for a good meal and relaxing evening with the family.

Mom and pop shop for summer food, ice cream, and drinks(non alcoholic). Arcade in the back and deer out back too.

I used to really like this place but it seems like they have done away with some of there good sundaes. Dont know if its because of new management but was really disappointed. Also dont know if we will be going back anytime soon.

Eh, deer are great, but place is dirty, if you are ok with that stuff you can like it, but not really my thing.

Twin Kiss used to be a great place, but it has definitely gone down hill. The prices go up and the quality goes down. The deer are nice to feed, but that does little to overcome the rest of the business. I will never recommend eating at Twin Kiss. There are better options available.

Very long wait for food. It wasnt hot and had no flavor. Very dry and plain. Not pleased with ice cream neither. Prices are high not enough food for the amount you pay.

Quaint historical ice cream shop, serving plenty of tasty sandwiches, hot or fried foods for lunch or dinner. Feels like icecream servings could be more generous for the price, but are about average when compared to national chains. One of our usual spots if we are in the area and hankering for a treat.

Stopped there twice food half cooked for instance got hamburger subs the hamburger was not fully cooked about half raw and the French fries where hard and cold

Someone should update posting which states you are open from 11 am- 7 PM but when we drove there from Middletown, MD they were still closed for the season. Not real happy about that.

So I was told to go here by a local and Im very very happy I did. Id driven past Twin Kiss before and kind of wrote it off but after stopping I would definitely recommend going there. The food was good and so was the service

We love love love the people and atmosphere here! Double Cheeseburgers, fries and milkshakes is what the family gets every time because its always good. You really cant go wrong with their food. Also, try the soup! Its always great to grab a burger and lounge in the shade on the tables or drink a shake and run around with the kids on the playground. We are always sad when it closes in the winter!

I have been here 3 times since this summer started and every time I have been here the employees have no idea what theyre doing or they look lost. I am in no way blaming them since new people are hired every season but the training needs to be better or they need to stop hiring new seasonal employees. This used to be my favorite ice cream shop and honestly there are better in town.

Not a single employee was wearing gloves to prepare our food...and theres a PANDEMIC going on! The cheeseburger subs we got were burnt, and completely underwhelming. Only reason I give 2 stars is because the ice cream was good (but expensive).

I am sad to say I cant give them 5 stars. I enjoyed the fella that helped me with my order of 2 Lg. Chocolate shakes. Very pleasant & fun. I didnt meet the gal that made them. Im sure she did her best. The ice cream was grainy, yuck! Definitely chocolate! Just a waste of $9.00. I hope they figure out how to resolve this problem so others can give better ratings. We probably will not be back this way again. I hope others will come & find this little ice cream shop because they serve a variety of food. Maybe the fries are awesome. I hope so.

Best ice cream sundaes!

Several years ago, I would have recommended this place but now it is just awful. First, the selection has dwindled tremendously both on the food and the ice cream side. I could get over that if what remained they cooked or made well. Which brings me to my second point, the food has gone downhill in quality significantly (but ironically up in price). Despite being the only customer there at the time today, my sons chicken tenders managed to be burnt and fries undercooked. That may be due to my final point, the employees. You used to go here and even during the busiest times the employees were friendly and at least offered a smile. After my visit today, I will never return again. There is absolutely no customer service. Employees treat customers like they are a burden. I wouldnt be surprised to see this place close in the near future. It surely isnt what it used to be!

Had to call out for employees who were laughing and socializing in the back to come to the order window. After Dillon one of the employees came to make milkshakes for me, the young female employee remained in the back and mocked me by continuing to repeat what I said to get their attention to serve me, I went to the Grill or food window and she continued to mock me and harass me yelling out from the back, I asked to speak to the manager/owner and he explained that he would talk to her but if he requested that she have respect for me the customer she would quit and help is to hard to find and this is how teenage help is these days and there is nothing he can do, I explained that is probably why his parking lot was empty, we are locals and use to love to frequent Twin Kiss, we will never go back!

Not my first time and I love it, but took a friend and her first time and loved it as well. Good food, great prices and friendly staff. A must stop if in the area. To it all off with the awesome ice cream in a waffle cone!

It was like stepping into the 50s. Love it. They have ice cream shop, a restaurant, a great food menu, deer and an arcade! 🙃

Awesome place to take the kids for ice cream. They have decent food as well, but mostly we go for the ice cream. The have a small playground, a fenced in enclosure with deer you can feed, and tables everywhere out side. They also have a small arcade, and of course a dining area where you can just sit inside if you so choose. Its a place with a local home grown feeling.

Great local restaurant! They have ice cream and shakes as well as great sandwiches, subs and burgers. Their cheese steak is great for the price. You can get shakes in over 20 different flavors!

Have to spend at least 5 bucks to use your card. Youre not technically allowed(or so I was told) to deny people to use their card but whatever. I live right up the road so Ill deal. Milkshake was great, mini arcade was fun too but it could use a fan on hot days. Super hot

A local icon, ice cream selection is great take your treat and feed the albino deer on site. Indoor charcoal grill with local meat, a little more $$ than fast food but all handmade and well worth the extra pennies. Be prepared for a wait in hot weather around mealtimes. Closed over winter months.

Havent been to twin kiss for awhile. Dont understand why you have to change the menu items. Had my heart set on the Texas hotdogs. Why did you make them spicy now.? Very disappointed. Wondered why you werent busy at dinner time. Now I know.

Usually good ice cream and service but that was years ago. Came here yesterday with my nana, pappy, fiance, and my son to get some ice cream. The inside was so hot, we were coming her to cool down and the outside was cooler. My son is allergic to nuts and my man said no nuts yet got nuts in her Sunday. My fiance and I couldnt finish our banana splits, its was a soupy mess.. Very disappointed and regret eating here.

One of the best places to get ice cream. Outdoor and indoor seating, deer to show the kids, some swings, and even a few arcade games. I dont order food often so dont have real good knowledge of it, but the cheese steak I did get before was pretty good.

Unfriendly service

I used to go here growing up & i loved it. I stopped one day with my kids to share the experience & the burgers were over cooked, burnt and very dry.. The frys were ice cold, and my daughter ordered cheese balls but they were also over cooked and hard.. The food was inedible and awful.. We will never be back

I ordered a chocolate milkshake but with vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup, but it depends on who makes it how good it is. I think they do not have a specific amount of syrup that added per size. I always order my burgers cooked on the flat top grill like they used to be a long time ago. They are much juicier that way.

Nice selection of milkshake flavors, including root beer, and cotton candy. Wonderful outdoor seating area, arcade games, even deer in the back. When I went they had a baby only one week old!

A local establishment that is very popular. They offer many different sandwich options along with ice-cream. There are many things on the menu that I have not tried. Their prices are pretty cheap. I am not a fan of the deer enclosure but lots of people are. The play set (swings) are ok if your kids want to play and eat. They offer an arcade (havent used) and an unattended enclosed dining room.

Basic ice cream stand and diner food. Good crab soup. White tail dèer are attraction for kids. Indoor seating in separate building and outdoor picnic tables. Close to Mont Alto State Park.

Ive loved this little local treasure since I was kid. Good diner shack food, delicious ice cream, and nice little arcade and deer enclosure.

I would rather email Twin Kiss but cant find an email address. I ordered a milkshake, which ended up being very delicious. The high school girl who took my order actually said, Oh my gooosh. Im so done making milkshakes. I cant get through a single line without someone ordering a milkshake. What a pain. Im 9 months pregnant and hormonal and began crying out of embarrassment and anger. My husband said I actually began physically shaking. Thats absolutely unacceptable behavior. You work at an ice cream place in the summer - you make milkshakes. (Ive done that job - I know milkshakes take longer than a single scoop of soft serve). It was a nice place, my husband said the food was good, but if you work there - please pass on the message that it is unacceptable to make Anyone, super pregnant and emotional or not, feel embarrassed about ordering a milkshake at an ice cream place.

The food here is very hit or miss...you never know if it will be a good day or not in the kitchen. The ice cream is normally good and priced well for the area. However, I struggle with eating here and supporting them financially with the terrible conditions they keep deer in. If youve never been, they have deer in a fenced in area. Just some old chain link fencing around some dying grass and a small watering hole. There are no trees or shade for the deer, just rickety old wood shelters that provide no relief from the hot PA summers. Who has ever seen a deer in the middle of summer laying in an open field in the hottest part of the day sunning themselves? The deer always seem thin, gaunt and just not well taken care of. Other local shops have deer as well, but they seem to be in much better health/condition with a more natural and healthy environment around them. The deer are just a gimmick and ploy to lure people in and unfortunately they dont seem well cared for.
