Bonus: It’s a locally owned small business. A large chain couldn’t even give me an estimate for 3 weeks. I called Rick, took it in a couple hours later and had my estimate within 15 minutes. Highly recommend!

So nice and honest. Husband took his truck got an estimate, 2 days later it looks perfect. I took my car and asked them to look at the plastic under the front bumper. I pulled it up on a parking stop and ripped it. They couldve told me I needed something but said it was fine to be careful. If I do it again they can order a new one.

I had a minor accident and dented the back side panel of my car. Took it to Waynesville Body shop and they did an excellent job repairing and painting it. They even finished it a day earlier than promised. Thank you Rick and your team! Highly recommend them, super friendly and very professional.

My 20 year old Jeep Wrangler had a large dent at the top of the tailgate the prevented the back glass from sealing. So every time it rained the carpet would get soaked, along with anything behind the seat.I went to two different body shops that refused to try to straighten it, saying it wasnt repairable and the whole tailgate would have to be replaced. Its a Jeep! I dont need a new tailgate or a repaint, just a straightening out. LOLI was told about Rick at Waynesville Body Shop so I stopped by late on a Friday afternoon to see if he could repair it. He said he could absolutely straighten it and out and asked when I wanted it done. I told him at his convenience and he replied how about right now? Rick and his employee went to work and in 20 minutes they had it straightened out and readjusted. Afterward, we sat around his office and had a great conversation on many topics. If you have a need for body work, I would highly recommend you go see Rick for a honest assessment and extremely fair pricing.

This guy is great! He is a fair, honest, accomodating person. He really does work with the customer in repairing your car. He treated me so well. When I dropped my car off for repair, I had no way to get back to my house, so he gave me a ride home. Then I had no ride back to the business to pick up my car, so he came to my house to give me a lift back to the shop to retrieve my car. What other car repair place would do this? My car was repaired in just three days! Im telling you, this is a good businessman who actually does care about helping his fellowman at a very reasonable cost! He treates you as if you were important....like you would want to be treated. No, I didnt know him before taking my car here, so this is a genuine, honest review. If you take your car/truck here, you wont be disappointed in you decision. I will ALWAYS take my car back here. I know I wont be taken advantage of, and thats extremely important if you are a woman!
