Reece was called by my trucking company to have their roadside come and do a quick repair on my trailer. They were going to arrive in 45-60 minutes. They NEVER arrived. Waited for hours! My company couldn’t get a hold of them after that. Maybe they decided to go out for beer instead.

When my husband had bearings on a trailer going out, an angel of a man (Ronnie) at the nearby public rest stop highly, highly recommended Reece Truck & Auto. We called late that afternoon/evening and were thrilled when someone answered the phone. They gave advice on his driving it in (13 miles), invited him to leave the trailer on the lot for the night, worked him into the next mornings schedule, and got him on his way home. They were very helpful, skilled, and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this shop!

Replaced an alternator for me, and even fixed my window (as I had gotten broken into while waiting for a tow) for a very reasonable price. They got me in right away and on my way super quick! Would go to this shop again if Im back in the area!

My tire exploded in the middle of the freeway, I was so scared that I did not know who to call, it was Sunday, I called many mechanics and only they answered me so kindly that I no longer felt lost in the middle of nowhere, they were so attentive to me and fair to the price. Incredible experience! Courteous owner and staff. Extremely helpful. Went to find tires and got almost brand new ones for only 100. And then he looked at an issue I was having with my car and he checked it out for free. He took the time to explain what he was doing to me. And Im a woman so I know nothing about cars. I will never go anywhere else for my car. Thank you sir for rekindling my faith in decent people in the world!

I travel from Bristol to have Coty look at, repair, and maintain my car. His shop is the only place that I trust to treat me fairly and do the job right the first time. He has driven to Bristol to tow my vehicle back to his shop when it broke down and they were able to do the repair much quicker than originally thought. If you need anything done to your car or if you’re stuck on the side of the road somewhere, call them. You won’t find a more trustworthy or reliable shop out there that will work until the job is done like these guys.

Took my Dodge ram 1500 rebel where other companies tolde it was totaled and was going to cost 28k to fix, Reece and the boys were able to not only did it for 5k, they were able to put a welder bumper with LEDs and better mirrors and headlights on it. Very very happy with results and my bank account is as well.Would return call or text quickly.Would not bullsh*t me, told me what it was going to be and stuck to his word.Guys in shop were very professional,a kind and knowledgeable.I will recommend and use from now on.

We were on our way to our friends in Clyde,NC. We began having problems with our Dodge Diesel Dully. The first couple places we stopped were booked and a distance from our friends. We pulled into the 209 Diner near our friends, we had trailer-ed our Polaris Slingshot, and right next to the Diner was REECE TRUCK & AUTO SERVICES! Our friends came, we left our truck and began our time in NC. We were SO BLESSED to end up at REECE TRUCK SERVICES. Coty Reece is the man who knows his business. He knew the problem and was on the case. Of course, it was a week-end & had to wait for parts but no problem we had our slingshot and were having a good time. My husband was consulting with his mechanic at home, which is a friend and everything lined up with Coty. My husband said, Coty knew what he was doing and had been at it for a long time. He probably started when he was 3 yrs. old. and thought he could probably work on Semis. We were very pleased with the WORK, TIME and the PRICE. The price was just what we expected, nice not getting ripped off when your from out of state. On side of the road with a busted tire around 745pm and called 2 other tow truck companies and both said that it would be tomorrow before i could get a tire put on. Called Reece and told him what i had and he came out in about 5 minutes and took tire off and went and got me one that he had and got me on the road again within about 30 minutes
